this is really nice. Really, really nice. except the characterset, it doesnt fit whatsoever.


The chibi thing just doesn't fit. You can always import XP-size sprites into VX -- just saying.

Still can't see it as a grassy wasteland, even with a broken bridge. Looks too beautiful for a wasteland...

As you said... Simple but effective. :) I really like seeing what my characters are doing in battle, and using the Side-view CBS is a huge plus for me. :) Oh, and what CBS are you using? Is this tanketai or minkoff?
