your resources should be a doddle to switch over, but i very much doubt the events and database would be backwards compatible. you might be able to copy-paste map data, though

Looks to me like you hold a better track record than a lot of people, maintaining a score of 3 stars or better on most anything you took seriously. You have made a lot of things, at least that's consistency. I am yet to play through any of your games, but it will change.

Do you like to:
- Start with an easy fight or two and trust that the player will figure everything out eventually?
- Toss them in the deep end and hope they find the readme file?

these are the best options. don't underestimate your players

You are one of the most ignorant things I've seen. (I understand that you're just trolling, but trolls can go die)

Despite being on an RPG Maker website (or game maker site in general), I'm guessing that You've never played an RPG Maker game because if you did you'd know exactly what I meant when I said Parallax (the backround image of a map, more specifically called a Parallax Background panorama).
Secondly, you have no idea how to map by solely using these Parallax Backgrounds and transparent tiles so that you can "walk" on these backrounds thus eliminating the overall purpose of mapping with Tile-sets. (i was doing this before you were gestated pal *puts on sunglasses, rides motorcycle into the sunset* keep the change kid)
Before you get your snobby british wang all in a tangle (this is actual prejudice! unbelievable), understand the purpose of the topic before you jump to your conclusions and post nonsensical nonsense.
