Iamnot, the problem lies in that it really is no business of yours what your neighbors and fellow citizens do in their private lives. It doesn't affect you on a personal level, and you'll never know exactly what every citizen on this planet is doing.
It's particularly arrogant to expect them all to adhere to your moral values. That said, I believe for myself, that my babies should live and I will take care of them.
As for my neighbors, unless they are affecting ME, I won't make their decisions for them.
Please understand, if I met someone on the street who told me they where getting an abortion soon, I would not go off on some long rant and condemn them or whatever. But I personally think it is morally wrong for someone to take that life. I realize that it is probably never going to come to a point where everyone believes the same thing I do (nor do I expect it to) and that people are not going to adhere to my moral values (nor do I expect them to).
But regardless, that does not change my opinion that I think it is a wrong and highly irresponsible thing to do.

I would assume so. I just thought it was too expensive for a snack?
Man there are some expensive snacks out there so I would say not. Fine cheeses for example. And, of course, caviar.
Since this has been necroposted I have thought about snack foods and, you know, I don't really eat very many of them. I used to eat lots of veggies all the time but now I just don't get cravings all the time and only eat at mealtime. There was a miserable period where I always wanted to eat all the time, but I think I have conditioned my body so that I don't ever want to eat more than I have to.
Incidentally I have lost 20 pounds in the past year! I was never fat but I was definitely my fattest last winter.
I find myself not eating snack either. But mainly because I can't ever seem to find the right snack to fill my craving. It is very annoying, so I end up just waiting for a meal.

I think it is disgusting that anybody thinks they have the right to decide what decision a person should make in this scenario. The pro-life movement makes me furious because the movement argues they have license to govern other peoples' personal lives. I have noticed that people who are specifically pro-life fall into one or several of three categories:
Yet I find it disgusting that people think they have the right to take a life before it has a chance to live. That baby as much right for a chance at life as you do. Who here has the right to take a life away?
1. They are not sexually active (they may be young, or they may be unlucky), and they don't really understand the nuances of protected sex and the potential for failure
If you have sex, knowing full well what could happen, then you have made your choice. It is not the babies fault, it is yours. If you are not ready for the consequences that sex can bring, then maybe you are not ready for sex?

I am a big pro-life supporter. The only circumstance I find it ok is if it will be life threatening or a result of rape. Otherwise, I think it is unacceptable to take a life like that (And I do think it is murder). The baby deserves a chance at life, just like you had.

I suppose I'm a mixture of both. While I admit I am not motivated enough to make utterly brilliant masterpieces, I sometimes think about how cool it'd be to have a game that, say, people make walkthroughs of...most of the time, though, I just get this really weird ideas (like using music aesthetic combined with a certain graphics style to make my game seem more atmospheric than, say, great gameplay).
I am very much like you, down to atmosphere over gameplay. I try my best to make my games good, and while making them I try to be pretty serious about it, but it is not like my main goal in life to finish a game, so in my overall list of priorities it is not very high. But I enjoy trying to make a good game!
So it is something I do for serious fun?

Transparency in RPG Maker 2k3 messages
Go into your database. Then click on the tab called "Battle Layout"
On the bottom left, there is some options under Battle Type.
Click "Alternative"
From there you can click the little box that says transparent.
I hope that's clear?

12/12/2012 aka The Mayan Prophecy
I've talked to a couple of people about this. Personally, I'm not to sure. Some people say it is Y2k all over again, but others say there is some odd amount of proof behind it.
One person said that things were on alignment with Revelation from the Bible. They said if Obama becomes president and by 2009 Iran and Iraq make a peace treaty, then things are on track based on it.
I hope not, I still have more life to live. :-\
