Yeah, "Legend of Aldor" was going to be a Tactical-style Battle System too, but it was too hard to understand. I agree with you. I don't know which style of Battle System I'll implement in mine, if I even put one in it (maybe it'll all be QTE's instead, I don't know yet). As long as there is progress, right? It seems you've been doing a lot in LINUS lately. ;)

I love the map a lot. But, I think that the tint of the screen is a bit too intense, and it hurts the eyes (even if that was your intention, you still have to take into consideration that some players may find staring at such screen for too long irritating). Also, personally, I think there are too many heads on a single map. The skull is the greatest feature of it all; and adding too many heads overshadows the skull, in my opinion. Other than that, I like it.
