Minor character set-up help
Seems as though I've ran into a predicament.
I'm using Role Playing Game maker 2000
I need help with a few things.
I'm having 12 charcters in my latest game.
One character, I've decided, shall be a bard.
Thus leading to my question= Does Laura sound like a Bards name?
And I have another question.
I need a Custom menu System so you can switch the characters in your party on the fly.
If i don't need a CMS for this, tell me what to do please.
The CMS I am looking for is sort of like it was in FF7, but I'd like one similar to FF10 better.

I'm no good as a spriter, so i'm just throwing that idea out there.
Serpent man-
Abilities- Shoots spikes from his body segments.(did I mention he has a serpentine body?)
dissappears through ducts and vents in his stage for surprise attacks.
Stage-Mechanical Jungle
Weapon Given to MM-Spike shooter-Shoots spikes in 3 directions at once.
I'm no good as a spriter, so i'm just throwing that idea out there.

I'd give it an actual story, aside from 3 paragraph monolauge after you cross the bridge.
Then I would add more classes, more character customization, and get rid of the D'ND esque spell system.
