FFX/X-2 HD
I am so disappointed that they hardly animated the faces. I'm guessing they weren't able to export the facial animations to the new models (well, aside from the jaw rig), and they just kind of threw in some blinks? And in this scene I prefer the old lighting - the HD looks so flat, look at Yuna's hair piece! Ughh.
Nice models, terrible loss of subtle animation + crap lighting. If they knew any better, they should have just kept the old models and re-textured them. Seriously, if you knew you were going to lose the facial animation, don't bother - not unless you plan to re-animate all that lost data. It doesn't matter how awesome the HD looks when the acting's gone. Sorry, as much as I loved X, I'll have to pass on this one.

I've heard of Wither and Very Pink but not Ghost Party. I'll definitely add them to the list of games I need to play! The last RPGmaker game I finished was Star-Stealing Prince, but that was such a long time ago. Gosh, I'm so behind!
To tell you the truth, I've been playing FFTA2 to pass the time. Really bad plot, but the gameplay is fun - I'm so torn on these feels, yo. DX;
e: I lied. Princess Princess was the last RPGmaker game I finished.

Thanks man! I hope to start up a page sometime this year. I'll be hanging around the creative corner until then for sure, probably posting pre-vis stuff every now and then.
Love a lot of what I see here. Though I haven't played many of the games, I've definitely kept track their progress, and I anticipate playing many of them. Unfortunately I don't have access to a PC while I'm at school. DX

Hey! I've been lurking around this site for the past five years or so? Haha, I thought I'd finally register.
I'm currently a student in art school, hoping to specialize in 3D Modeling and Visual Development. I've putzed around in RPGmaker XP on occasion for the past couple of years - nothing to report. Most of the time I just make facesets and write long-butt stories that aren't first-game material. I can't tell a short story to save my life. -_-;
My favorite games are FFIX and Legend of Mana. I'm a sucker for fantastical settings and wacky character designs. I admit I'm one of those people who will forgive crap gameplay if there's a good story with nice art (I apologize a million times). I've only played three or so RPGmaker games, but I hope to contribute more to the community in the future!
Currently working on a cutesy game with dark undertones - just hoping to make it short and entertaining. I'm juggling my many lives, so I produce work super slowly... maybe see that game in ten years? lol!
I'll be creeping around the forums as usual. Thank you for having me! :D
