Little strange how dificult begin battles are... and how d is start. :( Even know :( ?
You need to level up Naruto to level 5 early before the battle with Mizuki. Do you remember the buyer who asks about forest items near the village entrance? He buys items found in battles with wolves and boars. You can use this to farm money and then buy items from the 24-hour snack vendor in Konoha Square.
