PLEASE HELP!
I dont have an export option in 2k3.. and no see that isn't my full game. There's about 17 maps you get your first party member and 1 and a half quests.. when I play it on my game it works fine..This is so discouraging..

When I change the name of the file for my game 2 things happen. 1. I cant play it when i click i get an error message: DirectDraw Error (DDER_UNSUPPORTED).2. my newer saves are gone (like 2 new maps). but if i change the name back to the original my newer saves come back? can someone please help me

ok i found where my maps automatically save.
C:\Users\Mike\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\rpg2003
but only the maps and a few things are in there, like all the folders with chipsets and stuff aren't in there. Why are all my maps saving there fine but not in the folder I'm really saving them too?

*Edit: If you're feeling up to the challenge, I think you can do that scene with one switch. There are empty spaces in various character sets, so when a character is supposed to disappear, you set "Phasing" to be ON (I think that's 2K3's equivalent to "Through"?), and set the graphic to an empty spot.

The problem is not uploading it. Ok you know how if you go to the folder with your game it has all the maps? so right now in my folder there 15 maps. now i go into the maker and add 2 more maps save the game and close the make. now if i go back into the folder it still only has 15. and when i open my game again it loads all 17. for some reason it is not like updating my game folder, it's only updated in the maker itself. So if i try to copy it, upload it or send it to anyone its an older version of my game. but someone how when i load the exact same folder in the game maker itself it is fine.

I've put so much time into this game I finally got to a place where I feel like I have something to show people and I broke it somehow... I still cannot get my games folder to show the updated saves.. does anyone know how to fix this?

PLEASE HELP!
See when you walk out it is supposed to start a whole cut scene with a battle. I figured out my problem I just don't know how to fix it. when I save the game in the maker and then go look in the games folder it isn't updated there. Like if I make a new map the new map isn't there. i go to programfiles/rpgmaker2003/mygame. and some of the maps are there but not my newer stuff. Yet I can close rm2k3 and reopen and everything is there. So how can I like update the folder or fix this problem. I really want someone else to see what I've made other then my 3 year old daughter lol.

Yea I agree that's why I made it a one time thing. And then once you're about half way through the game you can pick the plants and use them.

And I figured out my first issue for some reason when I save my game in the maker, lets say I make 2 new maps, when I check the folder where the maps are stored it doesn't show up, but in the game maker it does. I'm not sure how I fixed it last time but am I saving it wrong?

I want to cry! I some how messed my game up. I was uploading it to mediafire to show some people and for some reason the file they were getting was a older version of my game which was missing most of my maps and quests. So i tried to fix it by creating a game disk, changing the name of it in the rpg2003 folder(which made it not work at all so I had to change it back) Now when I go to play when i walk out of the first map to the town my screen turns black and it stays like that. and if I make the start position the town that makes it turn black all my events that are auto start just don't work at all. Someone please help me I'm like devastated I put so much time into this and was so proud of what I did.

What do you guys think about a small farm job for extra gold? I made a very humorous farmer who wants help with his farm. basically you just go around plant each seed then fertilize them and he gives you some gold. You could only do this once but what do you think about making a few of these through out the game just quick money makers with extremely funny characters?

You just need to learn the limits. I'm so use to it by now I automatically just go to the next line or start a new message command.
