I found the ancient amulet, but can't figure out what to do with it, read the captain's journal and found the missing pages but can't do anything with the pirate quests, and got down in the mines but I can't figure out how to fix the rail

(already got to the follow frem sequence and got the ending hwere everyone dies, but thats it)
