I'm kinda new to this but... I'll try to be as detailed as possible...

I've started creating an RPGMaker game which told a story I've been working on for a while. As the project advanced, I wanted to add more and more stuff... but since I lack the necessary skills to improve it (mainly programming), I sort of reached a point where I decided to look for external help.

My RPG game would feature:
*Parallax mapping (not using the default RPG Maker map design tool) - This is mainly my task.
*RPG active-turned based combat (Might want to make it more "fast paced"...)
*"Summon"-"Familiar"-system, similar to Final Fantasy X, with their own separate menu.
*"Class-Job" system, like Final Fantasy V.
*"Limit Break" system, similar to Final Fantasy VII-VIII-IX-X,etc.
*Bestiary and enemy "scan/libra" ability to get an advantage in combat.
*"Blue-mage" system, where the main protagonist copies abilities from some enemies.
*Two playable characters, which means two separate inventories and different Familiars.

I mainly need help improving the technical aspects (the ones I listed before), but I'm also looking for graphic designers for characters and menus, and such.

I'd like to continue working with RPGMaker, either MV or, preferably, start from scratch with the new MZ version. Basically, I need a programmer and/or scripter to develop either plugins (and/or modify existing ones from "Yanfly") or tools for the:
*Combat System
*HUD and User interface for all features
*Other inclusions, which will need to be discussed.
I'll be doing the work of designing the general maps, battles, story/dialogues, scenes, items, abilities, etc.
