In spirit, I agree with TFT, but in reality, money talks, and I'm sure harmonic is sleeping well at night with the money he's (presumably) making regardless of what any of us have to say about it. At the end of the day if the consumer buys a product, that alone justifies the purchase in a way.
Why should harmonic care about our qualms if say, this project is very possibly paying his bills? I'm just being pragmatic about it!

if harmonics stated goal is only $$$ then he doesnt have to care but other devs should

seems irresponsible for a creator (both harmonic and 'other devs') to justify poor art via pragmatism and go to sleep on the issue. money does talk but that doesnt mean others shouldnt strive for something more ideal (in art artists should be awarded not businessmen cashing in on apathetic public)

like im confident that no serious director/writer/actor/etc is okay with the existence of cultural garbage like the friedberg/seltzer duo but their movies do well at the box office

For people complaining about the game not being worth their money: even if the graphics aren't fully custom, did you know the soundtrack is

same thing applies to music imo
