It's a hidden joke in my demo. If you wanna see it: before you talk to the guard at the table, talk to the guard that is walking around. Then talk to the guard at the table.
If you talk to the guard at the table first and choose the top option then it'd be impossible to see the joke.

In light of this information, I am going to reduce the download count of this game by 1968.
Alright cool. Even though having it seem like I had 2k DL's feels awesome, it's better to have the actual download count (Which could still be artificially high).
Anyways, I checked to see how many DL's there was from the mediafire side and it said I only 94 total downloads... so yeah something happened.
Anywho, that IP thingy that Link mentioned sounds like a good idea to keep this from happening again.

I'd be willing to bet that the author did nothing in terms of advertising this game outside of RMN(confirmation?).
Well there is one other forum where I posted this about a week before I posted this here. That's the only other advertisement I have but I'm sure that wouldn't be enough be enough to get 2k+ DL's in 2 days (which is about the last time I checked my game).
Even I want to know what is going on... Has there been any other games that had a super sudden explosion of DL's like mine? Or is this the only case that this has happened?

O.o Man I go off and play a game for 2 days and all of a sudden I get a ton a DL's! Either it's a glitch, bot, or somehow I'm freakin' popular.
I seriously leaning towards it being a glitch or a bot or something 'cause I can't believe this.
I'm in even disbelief then you guys.... I mean wow...
But for so small miniscule chance that it's because it's popular then now I now I know I got some super hidden talent at demo making :P (and possibly game making) or I'm dreaming but this is one hell of a vivid dream then.
I seriously leaning towards it being a glitch or a bot or something 'cause I can't believe this.

How'd you decide on a game title?
I suck with names... I can try thinking of one for a while only to end up coming up with something stupid, lol.
More or less the same thing happened with my game's title. I was about to release my demo on another site (which is pretty much everything I did up to that point but still has decent amount of stuff, I think lol) and I needed to come up with a name since I didn't have a name at that point. Now I have no idea what my thoughts was that eventually come up with the name. Eventually I put my main character's name, Austin, with the very group of people he's gonna end up traveling with, which is the Desert Heart Trio (Austin and the Desert Heart Trio).
Now I personally feel the name is stupid but I came up with reason with the name is stupid. In game the "Desert heart Trio" name is the name an 8 year old girl came up with when she and her two friends pretended to be heroes.
So I figured out stupid names are fine as long as their is a reason behind it that makes perfect sense.
Anywho, that's how i came up with my game's name.
