RMXP - Game Guy's Achievement's Script - help?
I actually saw where you input the score.. what I missed what that there was a demo on the download page... it said instructions were in the script and thus I missed the small link. But I just downloaded it and will check out how to input the scores from there to see how it works.
Also, I tried the script in a new project and still got the error... line 83 is Block_Scenes =
asking what scenes you want to block 'access' to achievements on I think
I think the script you can copy on the page is probably the same as in the demo because it looks like it has the same achievements already inputted. I guess I'll go post on the script page unless you can think of any reason that it might come up with that error? The 'register' mispelling was just a typo, also.
Oh, and I tried the demo version of the script and got the error
Script 'Achievements' line 253: NoMethodError occurred.
undefined method 'queue' for nil:NilClass
I'm using like five other scripts and don't know where to put this one in relation, but had them working before this one...
They are:
UMS:Ccoa
DiaryScene:ForeverZer0
One-Man CMS:Rune
MailBox:game_guy
Hunger/Thirst:ForeverZer0
& Blizz-ABS

Trying to figure out how to use this script properly, I don't get how to set up the score function.
Basically I don't understand when it says the 'variable to store the score in' is variable_Id 5 ? So, what do I do with that? I have to set up a score for each acheivement so it knows when to give you the trophy or whatever I'm guessing, but hellifIknow how to work this. Any help is appreciated. I'm trying to learn scripting and think this will help me on my way.

Anyone make a realisting 'smoking system'? ... My character is a writer so naturally...
I'll try to figure that out NewBlack, though I haven't really gotten to variables yet. It's one thing I just haven't had to use yet. The time has come.

I don't need a script, I'm just trying to get it so whenever he clicks on a pack of cigarettes in the inventory, it subtracts one and (so, a way to bunch them at 20?), I already figured out how to change the sprite to the character with a cigarette via a common event on the item, and I'm guessing I can make it change back just as easily with a wait__ command for when he "finishes the cigarette"... but one thing I'm not sure how to do (with common events or otherwise) is how to make the picture of smoke follow him around via the stop animation sprite (the RTP character graphic 197)... as a seperate event that is triggered via the common event maybe? But then I don't know how to get it to stay over the player.

I appreciate it.. I'm actually working on this map right now. I changed it so each level of the building is one map (kind of), but have changed spaces so, like the office area in the lower left hand corner is a new map when you go through the door... (it transfers you) and have walled off the yellow black area for the same effect. This is the headquarter building for the main character so I want it to seem like a big warehouse but I realized the space was too open like you said. It's coming along nicely. I'll post some new pics or a vid pretty soon.
Also, the wood floor on the outside of the building was just unfinished tiling.
