This is a VX-only community? But, there's, like, 44 pages of RPGmaker2003 games, while 25 pages of VX!?nah, sorry man
Having a question, then: Do VX uses similar Events function as 2003? With the whole Switch and Variables things, for exemple? Just asking, 'cause I've heard VX is more user-friendly than others, which is all good if you're starting, but if you are used to a specific system, it might prove problematic to switch...I really don't know. But it should work. Menus and other systems which you use more often in your game are easier to make with the prog. language (RGSS/Ruby) that the RPGmaker XP/VX support. But if you really want the old school feeling of an SNES/NES/C64 RPG, try the older RPGmakers.
