'maturity' isn't just about being desensitized to things -- a lot of people treat their jaded ability to be Not Offended like some kind of fucking superpower and it's fucking shameful
you know what's a far better mark of maturity? being able to think critically about something, even things you enjoy. understanding alternate viewpoints, even when you don't agree with them. knowing the difference between a well-executed joke and bigotry trying to use humour as an excuse. not dismissing other people's concerns with a smarmy 'well you're a tiny baby and my decrepit ass thinks you should grow up :)'.

if it was meant to be humorous, it failed completely in its execution by relying on shock value and edginess to such an excessive extent

Name title
consistency is important, but I think as style goes it's permissible to break grammatical rules. Mother 3 makes a lot of use of this, naming unnamed NPCs with things like 'Punk Guy', and in practice that seems to fit a small, isolated string of text at the top of a dialogue box more naturally to me. though that's just my own aesthetic!
e: come to think of it, what do people prefer for things like the names of monsters and items? I've mostly seen them done in the style of titles (Cool Ghost, Excellent Potion), but I'm sure there are examples of people doing it the other way too, yeah? for instance, FFXIV just lists item and monster names as regular nouns, since it refers to them with the proper collective noun ('You sell 3 pinches of raziqsand for 69 gil.').

Also, thatmithra'smiqo'te's (seriously Square, it wasn't broken) blade is thick and square as shit. How do you expect to cut anything with that?
the entire Dark Knight class is all about being as rude as possible, so it's not beyond possibility for her to just bonk things with it.
alternatively, it's a video game, and this far from the greatest liberty it takes! I punched a robot and made it into new boots recently.

I think one of my favourite things about this bad video game is just how stylish everyone looks 100% of the time tbh
this is just a random lineup of people waiting for a big monster, no setup or anything
e: also Linkis the whole 'oh nooooo I'm being so edgy and controversial I hope those evil mods don't ~deleeeete meeee~' routine is super tacky. they're not gonna martyr you over this garbage. you're barely saying anything! you got concerns, express 'em without singing Pagliacci about it.
