QUIT TO DESKTOP

Adds quit to desktop option to title screen and game end menu

This plugin adds the following quit to desktop options:

* Quit option on title screen
* To Desktop option on game end menu
* Plugin command for evented menus to use

Menu command text is configurable.

Important: The plugin file name must be "CC_QuitToDesktop.js". Plugin parameters don't work if a plugin is renamed.
