Exactly what it says on the tin, this is a very simple plugin which allows you to change the position of the New Game/Load Game/Quit menu window which pops up on the title screen. If you've ever found that the default location of the title window makes it difficult for you to create a nice-looking title screen, this plugin should give you the freedom to place it wherever you want.
