as long as you have health insurance it's worth a visit. i went to one in september and was diagnosed with severe inattentive ADD, social anxiety disorder and chronic depression. Long story short, I don't feel like a bag of shit anymore.

i think i was just having a blue moment to be honest, everyone has those days where it just seems like everything is going wrong.
I just felt like a bit of a failure, i feel a lot better this morning though.

I do my usual morning routine of getting the cereal from above the fridge, placing it on the table, getting out a bowl, taking the milk out of the fridge and onto the table, go back to the fridge to close it but immediately think "oh shit, we're out of milk!" and go to the garage to see if we have any extra milk.
Then it hit me. Man I am stupid.
