WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT RIGHT NOW?
Posts
I'm thinking about it being my last day ever as a teenager. Jesus, took fucking long enough. I'm stoked.

Wow, really? I thought you were at least five years older than that.
Most people think I'm in my 30s to be honest. I've been asked if I have kids a LOT.
Why do I find the database parts of game development more entertaining than the actual creation of the game world?
I am more than happy to spend my hour of game development time everyday tweaking elements and skill formulas and equipment, but loathe actually having to create a map for the game or make a cutscene.

Then we should team up, and we can rule this city spiderman!
author=Jeroen_SolIf it's true, and they're using RTP, their own art, or have permission from the artists, it's legit.
They say they own a copy of the Japanese 2k3. Assuming the copy is legal, the graphics aren't stolen, right?
*Note: If you don't have permission from the artist, use the art, and credit the artist, it's legit unless the artist bitches...then it stops being legit.
Edit: Oh, Happy birthday, Pizza. Ah, the bucolic age of 20...that time in my life was...completely unremarkable.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Mapping is definitely the most draining part of the whole process for me.

Yeah I find RM mapping super boring too ._. Even though I tend to put a fair amount of thought into the presentation.
Thinking about right now:
Getting that damnable Zelda-II Scorpion to work right. Damn it's stinger, and legs!

I just stumbled onto a topic I posted on 2 years ago, and am now sitting here in wonder that 1. I don't remember posting any of that, and 2. that the person I was before I lived in Japan, was amazingly a sociopath with a complete authority complex...
And now I am just a happy wandering frood whom wants to goto Australia. What japan has done to me... It's kind of scary, that mentality change in the course of 2 years.

I love mapping~ I think the eventing is what gets me. I have the skills to do it, I just never WANT to do it.

Draw my animated battlers and I'll do your maps.
Please?
edit: No seriously I will do one map for every enemy you make me.

Gourd, we should totally join forces. I find mapping pretty tedious, but eventing is the part of game making I enjoy most - and it's also the one thing I like to think I'm good at.
I wish the same were true for scripting and art...
