Oh wow I didn't know FT's mangaka was Oda's assistant! I just thought he liked his art style very much... I'm with you on the fanservice though. It was SO bad that it dragged the series really. Plus they made Ezra, my favourite character, go into "Sailor Moon mode"... what's up with that? She's supposed to be a serious character, not suddenly wearing bikini armor out of nowhere! But comparing it to Twilight IS a bit too much. Twilight's characters were awful, where as you have Ezra and Gajeel (<3).
Monster and 20th Century weren't really THAT great to me. Mangaka had the same problem he had in Monster and 20th Century Boys - slow pacing. Too slow imo.

I have no issues with staying up all night if it's needed. But sure, the race for the thousand is on!

Also, I got my shitty laptop running in somewhat stable condition! I can actually use RMN without having to tediously browse and comment on a phone now. This is good news for the holiday season.
