I have a feeling very similar to claustrophobia when I play games with scarce save points or rare save occasions. Or maybe more like panic syndrome.

That's what comes to mind to me if I wouldn't have saved for a while.
Sadly, it has happened a few times. It's not a pleasant thing.
It's not rational, I just panic. It's like going inside a small elevator that only opens on random intervals of time.

I'm mostly thinking about when I move out in the next 2-3 months and adopting a pretty cool stray cat that comes around.
Kind of sad to see the little guy fending for himself in the winter, even though we make sure he's well fed. He needs a cozy bed to sleep on when the blizzards start happening every 1-2 weeks.
