Dark Cloud 2, that game will keep you busy for hours. Dark Cloud 1 is good too. I personally liked FFX-2 but I could see you finding that game vulgar or something. Bujingai is nice too, not a very interesting story, but the gameplay is gold. Ultimate Alliance - it's underated, but I love it. You're also not strictly stuck to Ps2 games either so any of those FF's for the Ps1 as well. I'm honestly not that extensive of a Ps2 player though.

I actually talked to him abit about doing some XP edits for me, glad I set nothing in stone.
Makes me wonder if he was actually as old as he says he was.
