TLP vs. Questa - Questa can likely take advantage of TLP's more limited mobility(it's a pig, after all) to win this one.
TLP vs. Vorgg - Vorgg has the clear advantage with that armor, and has a lot of power to boot. Vorgg wins.
Budz vs. Questa - Electricity might not work so well for Budz this time, since I guess Questa is sort of like rubber and probably doesn't conduct electricity. Questa wins.
Budz vs Vorgg - Here Budz can short circuit Vorgg's solar power armor, and maybe poison him. Budz wins.
Match 2: ARMOR MANS & Snorc
ARMOR MANS vs. Lee - Lee's gonna have a hard time chopping through that armor, while ARMOR MANS can simply blast him from afar. ARMOR MANS wins.
ARMOR MANS vs. Rollout - "PepperARMOR MANS will have a very hard time hitting Rollout, but if Rollout tries to come in and strike PepperARMOR MANS, he can dodge and shoot her from behind. Ouch."
Snorc vs. Lee - It seems like Lee's axe can slice right through Snorc easily. And there's the speed difference...Lee wins.
Snorc vs. Rollout - I don't think Rollout is going to be able to do much damage to Snorc, and if Snorc does so much as fall on her she's done for. Snorc wins.
Match 3: mahashanaH & EXO
Lia vs. mahashanaH - Assuming shanaH drops Shade's power for Pepper's and keeps Rosey's, he'll have fire power from a distance AND fans to distract Lia. shanaH wins.
Lia vs. EXO - While EXO's body may be resilient, it's not quite as sturdy as gold. However, Lia can only maintain that form for so long and at the cost of mobility. I think EXO wins this one.
Pepper vs. mahashanaH - Pepper may have twice the fire-power, but shanaH has fans on his side. Pepper has to watch out for fans and shanaH's lasers, which might be difficult. shanaH wins.
Pepper vs. EXO - Pepper wins this one because of the ranged attacks and armor.
Match 4: Recused
Zurgg vs. Shades: "Oh so like harpooning things, do you?" teases Zurgg as Shades angrily shoots the harpoon straight at Zurgg, "Let's see how you like it NOW!" Zurgg steps out of the way and creates a portal in the wall behind him and on the floor under Shades. The harpoon shoots through the wall portal and...yeah...
Zurgg vs. Rosey: Zurgg can either a) create comical scenes of Rosey's fans fighting each other using portals b) sneak his way over to Rosey using portals and attack by surprise, ending the battle quickly or c) bribe his fans to leave him alone during the fight, making Rosey a more than easy target for Dragon Dance.
Meerla vs. Shades: Meerla's bobblehead power makes her too easy of a target for the harpoon, but her fighting style should get the job done. Shades will be down before he even know what hit him.
Meerla vs. Rosey: This one is a little trickier because of Rosey's power. I imagine her head could knock out all of his fans easily, though, as well as squash Rosey himself.
Match 5: Bety & GOATESMAN
Bety vs. Dimae: I can see this match as sort of a whack-a-mole type game, Bety's net being the hammer and Dimae being the mole. I don't see Dimae being able to do much before she's swallowed. Bety wins.
Bety vs. Bli Bli: Bety's net isn't large enough to swallow Bli Bli in bear form whole, but the cat form should be small enough. Bety wins this one too.
GOATESMAN vs. Dimae: What happens when two hole to another dimension collide? Who knows! I'm calling this one a tie.
GOATESMAN vs. Bli Bli: GOATESMAN wins this one, I guess. Bli Bli in either form is susceptible to GOATEMAN somehow, either by what comes out or what's small enough to go in...

Considering Lia's blade is very sharp, I doubt Lia would have a problem cutting EXO asunder. Though, if she went up against mashannanaH, she 's be too hard for Rosey's fans and while SHE may be slow the rate at which she swings her blade most definitely isn't. So she can turn into gold if the pressure's on to recover form a ferocious attack, and then quickly slash away. She's too large for a net, Rosey's fans would be useless, turning gold would make diarrhea useless. Really, no matter how I look at this, I don't see Lia losing. Pepper isn't exactly inept either, his lasers would probably be too much for rock. (EXO)

It's not always an auto win, it's just the people he's against this time are out matched. This is only the second time I've voted for Rosey.
So it was too much of a pain in the ass to constantly refer back to the unorganized mess of the original topic, so I summed up the fighters here, as I understood them
TLP - pig puncher, rocket punch, slow
Budz - moves quick and has poison and electricity
ARMOR MANS - powersuit, gadgets, rockets, beams, LASERBEAM
Snorc - big sumo, dense, acid spit, belly bounce
Sgt Pepper - Energy beam, centipede summon
Lia - who the fuck knows what this is, giant, gold body, big axe

Rollout - running dash, series of tricky kick moves

I'm going to note that TLP is fast and packs a punch. He has ten rocket powered limbs, including his 'feet', so he's going to be rocketing around punching from afar and dodging shit. What he lacks is flight control and defense. He's only a pig, despite all his power.

I'm basically voting for the Lee design. I like the idea of T.Hawk the Lumberjack just wrecking his way through the competition.

With one fighter who can copy other styles and another that evolves during the course of the tournament, these two just get tougher and tougher with each battle. Early on, I wouldn't count on them winning everything, but by the end, their opponent basically has to fight everyone in the tournament (or at least their styles/powers) PLUS EXO's adaptability. From the earlier match, I do disagree that EXO could have just evolved around Rosey's power. As long as she still has eyes, there's a chance she'd fall all over herself as soon as he pouted at her.

If anyone thinks Rosey's fans could be BRIBED not to stand with him, they clearly don't understand just how dedicated and devoted they are. Also, I never took the sparkles ability to be pheromone based, just that he was *that* damn attractive to underage girls (others too).

I don't give a lot of credit to dimensional torso chick and the cat thing, but I'm strictly voting against goatseboy. One, diarrhea isn't the most effective weapon (although I believe the Sollubi in a couple of Burroughs books put it to good use), and two - I don't think the ability to engulf an opponent in ones anus is that handy of a skill. It would be very slow, I would think, and unless the enemy was simply transfixed by the sight of it, (staring into the gaping orifice, perhaps waiting to see if it will subdivide) it seems entirely unlikely to hit.

TLP vs. Lee: These fighters seem sort of similar, but TLP has the advantage of ROCKET PUNCH. TLP wins.
TLP vs. Rollout: Rollout can probably dodge the punches while slowly depleting TLP's life. Rollout wins.
Budz vs. Lee: Lee is probably very susceptible to both poison and lighting. Budz wins.
Budz vs. Rollout: Again, Budz doesn't seem quick enough to catch up to Rollout. Rollout wins.
Tie Breaker: While Lee can easily be taken care of, both TLP and Budz will have a hard time with Rollout. It's her time to shine!

Questa vs. Usano: Both fighters are adapt at fighting without weapons, but Usano's transformation gives him just the edge he need. No to mention he'll be healed fully afterwards. Usano wins.
Questa vs. Iris: Wing-chun nor zaps will be very effective against an elastic body, unfortunately. Questa wins.
Vorgg vs. Usano: Both of the shapeshifters against each other, huh? I'm calling a tie on this one.
Vorgg vs. Iris. Short-circuiting the armor ftw. If Iris can beat Zurgg, she can beat an armorless Vorgg too. Iris wins.

ARMOR MANS vs. MuhashanaH - Unfortunately ae hasn't dropped by to tell us which powers shanaH is copying/keeping, but whichever powers he chooses from previous battles I think ARMOR MANS wins.
ARMOR MANS vs. EXO - EXO's probably pretty tough by now, so ARMOR MANS' laser beams should do minimal damage by themselves. EXO can just smash in the armor, too. EXO wins.
Snorc vs. MuhashanaH - Even with half of ARMOR MANS power, shanaH can keep a safe distance and whittle down Snorc's HP with lasers. shanaH wins.
Snorc vs. EXO - Snorc may be the one character who can melt through EXO's defense with acid. SNORC wins.
Tie Breaker: ARMOR MANS beats shanaH. Snorc beats EXO. Simple.
Match 4 - Dimae & Bli Bli
Lia vs. Dimae: Lia is way too slow to even think about hitting Dimae in that pocket dimension. Dimae wins.
Lia vs. Bli Bli: Bli Bli and cat form has speed and power, while Lia only has power. Bli Bli wins.
Pepper vs. Dimae: Somehow I see Pepper summoning centipedes to invade Dimae's pocket dimension to devour her from within. Pepper wins, I guess.
Pepper vs. Bli Bli: Bli Bli's cat form saves the day again. He can damage up Pepper's armor nicely with all that power, and still be small enough to dodge his attacks. Bli Bli wins.
Match 5 - Recused(Zurgg & Meerla)
Zurgg vs. Bety: Zurgg can use portals to find a way around Bety's net, striking quickly. Zurgg wins.
Zurgg vs. GOATESMAN: Zurgg can use portals to deflect GOATESMAN's diarrhea back at him, as well as to escape his anus if need be. It should be an easy battle for Zurgg.
Meerla vs. Bety: Meerla can enlarge her head enough so that it won't fit in Bety's net, and simply headbutt her opponent to death. Meerla wins.
Meerla vs. GOATESMAN: I'm not even sure how this fight would go(I hate explaining battles with GOATESMAN), but Meerla will win...probably.

Vorgg vs. Usano: Both of the shapeshifters against each other, huh? I'm calling a tie on this one.
Vorgg vs. Iris. Short-circuiting the armor ftw. If Iris can beat Zurgg, she can beat an armorless Vorgg too. Iris wins.
Match 3 - ARMOR MANS & Snorc
ARMOR MANS vs. MuhashanaH - Unfortunately ae hasn't dropped by to tell us which powers shanaH is copying/keeping, but whichever powers he chooses from previous battles I think ARMOR MANS wins.
ARMOR MANS vs. EXO - EXO's probably pretty tough by now, so ARMOR MANS' laser beams should do minimal damage by themselves. EXO can just smash in the armor, too. EXO wins.
Snorc vs. MuhashanaH - Even with half of ARMOR MANS power, shanaH can keep a safe distance and whittle down Snorc's HP with lasers. shanaH wins.
Snorc vs. EXO - Snorc may be the one character who can melt through EXO's defense with acid. SNORC wins.
Tie Breaker: ARMOR MANS beats shanaH. Snorc beats EXO. Simple.
Match 4 - Dimae & Bli Bli
Lia vs. Dimae: Lia is way too slow to even think about hitting Dimae in that pocket dimension. Dimae wins.
Lia vs. Bli Bli: Bli Bli and cat form has speed and power, while Lia only has power. Bli Bli wins.
Pepper vs. Dimae: Somehow I see Pepper summoning centipedes to invade Dimae's pocket dimension to devour her from within. Pepper wins, I guess.
Pepper vs. Bli Bli: Bli Bli's cat form saves the day again. He can damage up Pepper's armor nicely with all that power, and still be small enough to dodge his attacks. Bli Bli wins.
Match 5 - Recused(Zurgg & Meerla)
Zurgg vs. Bety: Zurgg can use portals to find a way around Bety's net, striking quickly. Zurgg wins.
Zurgg vs. GOATESMAN: Zurgg can use portals to deflect GOATESMAN's diarrhea back at him, as well as to escape his anus if need be. It should be an easy battle for Zurgg.
Meerla vs. Bety: Meerla can enlarge her head enough so that it won't fit in Bety's net, and simply headbutt her opponent to death. Meerla wins.
Meerla vs. GOATESMAN: I'm not even sure how this fight would go(I hate explaining battles with GOATESMAN), but Meerla will win...probably.

Match 1: TLP & BudZ vs. Lee & Rollout
TLP vs Lee: sharp weapons are an incredible advantage againts boxing, Lee win
Budz vs Lee: this is almost a tie, but I think budz can be faster than an axe in moves and in power so Budz win
TLP vs Rollout: Boxing is not a spost that consist to much on movement, it consist more on defending, this will be a hard fight but TLP needs to have a lot more stamina since he is a fighter, he will counter-attack every attack from rollout (instead of chasing her and putting his guard down) so TLP wins for having more stamina.
Budz vs Rollout: fast against fast... This is a tie

Vorgg v.s Iris: Iris incredible martial attacks won't work and a rolling stone. Vorgg wins
Vorgg v.s Usano: this is a tricky one, Usano art marcial consist on avoiding attacks with incredible reflects, the one who has more stamina wins here (Vorgg on rolling and Usano on avoiding... I will go for usano.
