WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST QUESTION IN LIFE?

I just thought of this topic idea after remembering an interview that Craig Ferguson had with Morgan Freeman recently. Morgan Freeman is narrating a new show that poses questions such as "is there life after death?"

Is there? It's a good question, but it's not the one I think about the most. Other people wonder things like... does God exist? Will we ever make contact with aliens? How much time do we have left on this planet?

My question doesn't exactly focus on humanity or even our planet. My question is a lot bigger than that, and I have a lot of fun thinking about it. My question is simply... is the universe really expanding all the time? Will it ever stop? If so, what will happen to it after all the stars in the entire universe burn out? I think about that a fair bit because the universe really is pretty fascinating. I could ponder about all of the celestial bodies and cool things that are out there in space, but the status of the universe is just much more exciting to me. Just what IS the universe? How can it keep growing larger all the time? And what lays OUTSIDE of the universe? When I think about these things, the concepts alone make my head hurt and it makes me realize just how small we are. Not just us as individuals or even our planet, but our entire solar system as well. It's pretty scary to think of just how minute and insignificant we are, and don't even get me started on the whole "multiverse" theory floating around.

Anyway, that's what is on my mind a lot. What sort of recurring questions do you guys dwell on?
Does Karma exist?
Can I build up a store of good karma by doing "good" things, and then cash some of it out to bail me out of a jam?

I always seem to have the bad things in life happen under good conditions. My car's brakes failed while I was stopped in my driveway, instead of while doing 120kmph. My dad had a semi-stroke when I was home to discover him. Meanwhile, I'm a fairly civil person. Hold doors open, avoid aggressive driving, treat my family/friends/pets well. That sort of shit.
I've developed a kind of superstitious belief where I have a karma bank. I can accumulate good karma, then automatically spend some of it when black ice sends my car spiraling into a place cars don't normally go.

Thinking about the purpose of life makes me really worried for some odd reason, and none of it makes sense. Why are we here? What is our purpose? None of us could possibly doing anything for anyone or anything outside of our planet...

mine is : will people be one day less moronic, or will the human race disappear in it's actual state?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Not sure what the question is, but the answer is 42.

Why does everyone else think that everyone else is a moron?
That is my true question.

Oh but my little grasshoper... EVERYONE is a moron, including you and I.
Such is the paradox of humanity, that we must fight to achieve something in spite of our idiocy!

I don't know dude. Call me arrogant, but at least IRL I'm starting to get the impression that the people around me are just plain stupid. As in, I just can't begin to fathom why they do the things they do, or why they believe certain things that are obviously untrue *hint* *hint*

hahahaha come on Adon, chill out, don't take it too seriously.
we all are stupid at some point of our lives.

as I said, the challenge is to rise above that stupidity.

another question to get the topic back on track:
"when can I call myself successful in life?"

The moment you can sit down, smile, and say "I'm happy."
Should I have just one question of my entire life, Or should I change it according to my likes, my age, my needs, and (as rabitZ says) my idioticy?

My answer is when you die, it's the only logical conclusion.

As for my question? "Why the hell am I even here?"
My question is always:

Why me? Why do all the bad things seem to happen to me? Of course, worse things have happened to other people, and I've never had anything particularly horrible happen to me by chance, but whenever something goes wrong and I'm in the moment of the accident those 2 words always pop up in my mind.

My biggest question is...

Can you blend burritos and cola together?
Brian Green's latest book discusses nearly all aspects of the multiverse.
Our universe is actually accelerating.
I used to ask myself questions about the meaning of life and the fate of the universe, but then I realized I would never have any answer, so I've decided to accept the unknown and the infinite possibilities of life and the universe.

Recently, the questions I ask myself have all been about what I'm doing with my life. I have a decent paying job, but it's extremely boring, and my life just doesn't seem to be advancing now that I've entered this "comfort zone". Thankfully, I gave in my resignation not too long ago and I only have three weeks of work left. I'll be leaving when I finish work to go visit the world.
