I love the prequels, and the originals. I'm a die-hard Star Wars fan and am happy to see it still going for my entertainment and future generations.

OK, I can tell that some people may not like this idea, others are for it. Now, I think THIS is batshit crazy. I wasn't against the prequels, because I was born in the modern era, so you would say I'm just a kid calling the prequels part of the Star Wars series. But bullshit, this idea shows that George Lucas is worse than we thought! I use to love the guy, but giving to Disney? Really? I love Gravity Falls, but if he had any sense he wouldn't give it to them in the rest of his life, but whoops there he goes. There have been rumors that Disney, the original that I think died a long time ago, was part of the illuminati. Plus, besides the great Gravity Falls, a whole bunch of shitty shows came out. I've got a bad feeling about this...
I don't care about what this movie is about etc, but I SERIOUSLY want to see more Muppets.
I'm so sick and tired of CGI. It doesn't look good. People claim puppetry doesn't look good! However, CGI is not quality enough yet to replace the tactile presense of a puppet or anamatronic.
Hell, I bet you $5 with aid of current filming tech or -sigh- even CG, they could make stop motion characters look good (see: Rancor).
The direction Hollywood (Lucas) has taken SW, is so FAKE and shit, that I honest to god want a return to old film making for next SW.

Not this "Disney will ruin everything now that it has X, make it all kiddy and crappy" shit again! I mean, look at how it ended up ruining Marvel. That Avengers movie was really dumbed down and horrible. (sarcasm)
Disney is much more that the old cartoons and newest Disney Channel crap. If there's someone I trust to treat Star Wars well, it's Disney. Hell, Touchstone Pictures is Disney! But I guess everything that comes out of Touchstone is crap too, right?

I hope that's enough time for them to make a quality Star Wars movie. I know that Abrams was worried over the deadline that Disney was trying to push.
well, if anyone has the clout right now, it's Abrams to say "it's not ready yet" and push back the date if needed.

R2-D2 should totally be the main character of the entire movie series at this point. Is there anyone else other than C3-P0 who has been in every movie and stands a good chance of returning for the seventh film? Obi Wan and Vader are dead, as is Palpatine (for now). I can't think of anyone else off the top of my head who featured in all six of the current movies.
