Wish I can change my nickname, I've been using this name over 8 years, it's getting old ;_; In 2004 or 5 I've been using yahoo email, one of my friend came and said "Hey I've discovered an new email address, it's called hotmail! It's great and better than yahoo mail, want me to get you a email address too?" So I replied "Yeah why not, but what about the mail name?". We decided to combine our 2 favourite stuff together, I adore the "Worms" games these days and he loves the "Saw" movie. That's how my name created ^.^

The 8, I thought had to do with infinity on its side. And I thought your "Halos" where related to the XBox game or to the Beyoncé song. Also, a freshman college friend got me hooked to "Head like a hole", then I got to like "Closer" on my own. Probably need to hear what else I might have missed from NIN ...

I came up with mine in third grade on the playground, so its nothing special. First, I shortened my name - Desmond - down to just 'Desmo'. As for the 360 aspect, Tony Hawk was really popular back then, and for some bizarre reason I bought his game for the GBA. In it, I learned all of the different names for skating tricks (One-Eighty, Ollie, Kickflip, etc). My favorite trick was the Three-Sixty, because it was simple and rewarding.
And thus, the Desmo360 was born.

My username is intertwined with my beliefs. In short, if an angel can fall into darkness, then why can't a demon rise into greatness? A lot of people associate demons as purely evil beings, and often on the internet you'll see people make a demonlord username so they can (according to themselves) act *evil and cool*. I personally see angels/demons as imperfect beings and while not quite the same as humans, they still have potential for change. As for the number, I just needed something to make it stand out.
My demon side does have a name, but if I used that then I wouldn't be getting the point across (not that it's exactly obvious now anyways, but I'm sure some people at least wonder why I'm such a nice guy and use this username).

As for the number, I just needed something to make it stand out.
Regarding the 5k I thought it had to do with Powerman 5000.

Nah, although I can see why. Back then I just wanted a nice even number and 5000 was the first one I thought of that sounded right. Cant recall what actually triggered me thinking of that number though.
I took this name from the final fantasy character of the same name. Back in 2001, before FF Tactics became a cult TRPG phenomenon, and was just an obscure reference at best.
I usually have to add '2k' to it, in order to use the name. Damnable popularity. Sometimes even the full name is taken, and I add a b2k to the front or back.
I guess I chose it because the overarching story of a guy in the background doing all the world changing stuff, while a nobody in the spotlight profits for it struck a chord in me.
That or I was a 14 year old fanboy. Either/or works.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Oh, I liked Ramza 1/2. The episode where Wiegraf fell into the cursed hot springs and started transforming into the zodiac demon Velius any time he got cold water splashed on him was really funny, especially the bath scene.
My sis actually came up with the name. I honestly didn't think it fit me at all at first but after some consideration I decided to use it.
