RPG MAKER 2003 RESOURCE FAILURE

Aaah! For some reason EVERY single chipset I put in chipset from charas.net does not work and all the title screens are too small same with the game over screen. Everything else in fine. Please someone help, or I'll have crappy RTP tilesets and a RTP title! -BTW its rpgmaker 2003, and may it be because I use a flat-screen as a monitor? To test this can someone offer to look at a one of my titles to see if it fits on your computer screen perfect? Title
