Meaning that foreigners are willing to let Chinese people into your foreign websites?
author=alterego
I chose "unwilling" because I don't know exactly what I'd be agreeing to... You know, when in doubt, err on the side of caution. =S
Ah (⊙ _ ⊙) ah ha

Lol, I was the one who voted Unwilling. (Nothing against anyone, I just love being odd~ :D)
@Ivory I feel like I ask how you write Chinese all the time.
@Pipi Well, I'm glad you're not insulting me~

Oh ~ We Chinese people are very highly of foreigners, as we wanted to see the foreigners and their photo, but I do not have that courage.

I know you're Chinese. :D Japanese uses Kanji characters from Chinese, so if only I could read more of them, then I might be able to understand what you said. XD
And somebody already voted "Unwilling". XD
Please don't ever treat Chinese to be the same as Japanese. Yes, Japanese uses Kanji characters from Chinese, but not all Kanji characters are the same as Chinese (there are several differences), and the sentence structures of Chinese and Japanese are totally different. The pronunciations of Japanese Kanji and Chinese are totally different as well. Several Japanese Kanji characters have different meanings from their Chinese counterparts too. I am a Chinese myself, so I know.
Let's take this, for example: 大丈夫
大丈夫 means "alright" in Japanese, but do you know what this means in Chinese? It means "a real man" or "a true man".
My point is, even if you understand the Japanese Kanji, that does not mean you will understand Chinese.
(I hate it when people mix Chinese with Japanese and think they are more or less the same when they aren't at all. Just saying.)
@WuMingXuan 你好! 我是华人, 但我不是中国人,而是新加坡人。
对于您的问题,您不许要担心太多,可是重点是,在这种国外的网页上,多数的人都是讲英语。很少人会讲华语。所以如果您的英语不是很好,恐怕会很难勾通。
无论如何,欢迎您到RMN!
EDIT: Oh, by the way, I'll provide translation for his previous Chinese posts in a bit if anyone is interested.
