CloseWe are FatCatEmpire, a collaboration of me and my brother.
We've had an interest in creating our own game for such a long time, but skool came furst. Now that we have finished learning what we are going to do for the rest of our lives, we have time to learn about creating a game. I've started learning to sprite, code, and storyboard, and my brother has started on getting a tan. He is such a big help.
Our grand idea is to create a fan-made fire emblem game. Everyone loves SRPGs, and just the mysterious nature of every fire emblem story made us want to write our own. We've started on the storyboard, and I can safely say we have an opening sequence and the training map dialogue all set. But that is it, no sprites, no starting code, no maps, just a simple beginning story, plot outline, and some random names. We'd be happy to share, but there may be another place we should post it(?)
Also we don't have any software yet...we plan on getting RPGMaker VX Ace eventually.
Last but not least, hello everyone! We hope to learn and help wherever we can. Maybe make some small games as a learning curve until we can tackle a full fire emblem game.
