Quickload! 3! Kairy quickly loads in a bolt and fires it off at the spearmen, but the bolt simple thuds into one of their shields, doing no damage. Cursing under her breath she rounds the pillar to reach Razuna while avoiding the spearmen's wall.
The spearmen continue their assault by commencing Phalanx Charge! Rushing in with impenetrable defenses, they appear as if they're about to overtake Wes!
That's when Razuna 2(+1 cuz of my mistake!) 3! Stabs one in the back as he screams and collapses. Shocked, the spearmen break formation and surround Razuna!
This is the time when Bazyli uses MAGI BEAM on the pillar!

Bazyli lets out a crack of MAGI BEAM onto the Miasmal pillar! What happens can only be described as the rejection of Bazyli's very existence as the space around the pillar distorts into unrecognizable, indescribable colors and shapes. Wes quickly reacts to protect Bazyli, but what he sees fills him with horror.
Bazyli is being disintegrated from the bottom to the top slowly, his very self being ripped from this plane of existence and wrought elsewhere. The spearmen around Bazyli are also horrified, not at his disappearance, but at his action. Once finished, the pillar fades into nothingness.
"Bazyli... this one's for you!" 5! is all Zuko can yell as he casts darkfire onto the disorganized spearmen, Razuna had fled into his group while the spearmen were dumbfounded. The results are... well, not much really. Just a smoldering pile of ash.
That's when everyone heard the ear-splitting roar come from the pit.

rush over to where the Miasmal Pillar was to search for any sign of Bazyli. - Wes
stood next to Wes to find out the source of the noise. - Razuna
I reload my crossbow with a Quartzine bolt, ignite my remaining torch and walk over to the pit. I stay at a safe distance from it, though, and hand Wes the torch so he can look into the pit better. - Kairy
I proceed to walk to where Kairy is, at a safe distance from the pit, and I ready my weapon for what may be in there...- Zuko

Filled with dread Wes rushes towards the edge of the pit, followed by Razuna.
Kairy loads a quartzine bolt into her crossbow. She walks towards the pit, but stops several meters short of it joined be Zuko who grips his sword ever tighter.
Wes and Razuna both look down in the pit.
They see an eye. Giant and puss-yellow, the pupil moving frantically about.
The eye itself seems to be 30 Meters down, but it's glow is terrifying. Abruptly, it disappears. Razuna backs up quickly and yells
"Eye! There was a giant damned eye down there!"
Wes is still looking as another roar shatters their spirits, and Wes sees slimy, saliva covered teeth crash against the walls of the hole chomping furiously. Wes sees it's insides, and they're green and thick with acids! The entire room shakes as this thing practically eats the hole it's in!
"What's the status Wes!?" Kairy yells, wanting to know what in the world is happening.
"It's... it's terrible! A giant monster is trying to eat it's way out of the pit! It's already 5 of 30 meters on it's way, we need to be ready or flee!"
That's when everyone was hit by the Chant of Doom.
Kairy 2!
Zuko 5!
Wes 4!
Razuna 2!
"Augh!" Cries Kairy, as she falls to the floor. A splitting pain like a hot knife splicing her leg shoots through her! Kairy's left leg is broken! At the the same time Zuko's face is seared with heat leaving him with a burn on his face! Wes lets out an "Ugh!" as he falters slightly, hugging his stomach! Wes is now Winded! Razuna has similar luck to Kairy, while readying to run at Wes's cry of fear a splitting pain goes through his spine! Razuna is paralyzed!
The beast continues to roar and smash it's way out of the pit. A foul odor now permeates the large room, the reek of rotten fish and skunk combined and augmented by a thick mist. It's breath is absolutely terrible!

------------Bazyli------------
Elsewhere is where the dead go. The dead go to Null. Therefore elsewhere is Null, contained in The Void. Those in The Void cannot feel, their bodies are broken and useless. Their souls are torn from their prison, and are set free from the bindings of the material world. Bazyli's body is wrought into Null, and it stands in the way he has died. Bazyli's Soul is ripped and takes shape into a pit bull!
Bazyli's mind is still his, but the gnawing agony of all other lost souls are close at his heels... literally! Bazyli is being attacked by Lost Souls! He quickly turns rather awkwardly, still not used to his new form. His material possessions are on his body, but he cannot carry them. They won't be useful anyways, as the lost souls use drain! 2! a part of Bazyli's soul is drained from him! He feels no fear, feelings don't exist here. There simply is and isn't. Lost souls horde what is, and fear what isn't. Bazyli's soul form won't go down without a fight! The memories of his life are all contained inside a stone that is buried inside his ethereal being. He knows of his spells and magic, all of what he is lies inside it. The soul form is only a shield, and the Lost Souls are draining it. They're trying to get to the stone!
Now Bazyli understands, and now he knows he must fight for his survival!
