I'll keep no-lynch in mind, but I'm not completely sold. Especially since the choice didn't do us good on Day 1.

What makes you say that? We ended up down one bad egg and zero good eggs, so as far as I can conjeggture, we came out on top. vOv

No-lynching on day 1 is always a bad idea. In order to catch scum, we have to be willing to thin our own ranks a bit so that we can draw connections between posts and determine the intent behind actions. We have a statistically better chance of catching the killer, and it means the killer does not have complete control of who lives and who dies. But with the threat of us cutting the town in half in a single night, I'm not sure I want to take it.

I'm not saying we couldn't lynch PA or wildwes. But I do not want to kill seiromem or Happy today. I'm really suspicious of seiromem but I don't really have good evidence to back it up. Its more the lack of evidence that he's town that rubs me the wrong way. JJJ7's non-posting on day 1 doesn't exactly help him here.

@Isrieri The Mafia team knows about these body doubles too now, so it's inevitable they're going to die together at some point. It's not really 'killing two townies' when their simultaneous death is essentially unavoidable.

Shouldn't you be using your Death-Breaht (I love that phrase) before the Mafia has a chance to night-kill you?

Gourd you've basically outlined the thoughts I had of him during day 1. I thought he was trying to bus Liberty to get her out of a jam or to try and get a townie killed. When Liberty flipped mafia, then that means he must have led the lynch on her and called her buff legit. A mafia doing that on day 1 is a real stretch. I did think it was an immensely strange move to keep his vote on me and not to vote her. Covering all his bases, so to speak: He said he kept his vote on me to encourage discussion. That's very strange.

If Happy is a body double with someone I do not want to kill him. PA is guilty of much the same and he did not spearhead the Liberty lynch. He didn't vote for her until all the suspicion around her had died down. If Gourd had not shot her, she'd still be alive today.

This is true. But it potentially means 3 town dead. We've got 10 folks alive today. 3 dead means 7 left. If there's 1 or 2 mafia remaining, that's 5 worst-case scenario.

I already told unity I'd protect her if it comes to that. Why do you want her to use it?

We only got rid of the bad egg because of a Vigilante power. If that hadn't happened, Liberty would still be alive and could have used the extra day to throw the suspicion on someone else.

A randomly generated vigilante power, no less.

Anyway, here's a thought that might help things along: Isieri said he protected Happy last night. Liberty died, thanks to Gourd. Note that she was the only fatality. Does this not highly suggest that either Happy or seiromem were the mafia target that night? Why would the mafia do that if either one of them were mafia? It doesn't make sense.
