CloseI find them very useful. Since you don't automatically jump to the last post you read in the forums, it's useful to be able to keep track of every post in a fast-moving topic or event. They also alert you to games being updated if you subscribe to them. They're like, one of the best things the site has to offer...
UPRC I am not working on a game but I am interested if anyone knows a good OpenSource 3D RPG maker in which can create games without programing.RPG Maker is good but 2D and commercial.Also you can look at OpenSource game Space Engine that has procedural generation if someone can implement it in game would make it endless.
I have found some Opensource procedural generation one can generate whole cities and other but much worse can generate human characters.I know for Blender but I don't know 3D modeling it seems difficult and time consuming.I have also found OpenSource terrain, water and light procedural generation.
If I would make some game I would probably use something of these.

See the big word "Notices" in the black bar at the top of the site? It will flash and show a number of many notices you have. You get a notice from just about every place on the site: forum topic, status's's, events, game pages. The user can customize how they appear or if they appear at all. They can be wiped clean with a single click of the mouse.
Again you are picking an element of the site that is one the biggest(and in this case most used) and offering terrible solutions to problems that don't exist. You don't even know what notices are, yet you have a way to make them better HAHA You don't use the site or know it works, so you don't get to suggest changes right now.
About notifications do they send user message every time someone posts in their topic?I think that is not necessary as someone who regularly visits the site would be able to see it but administrators could make that notifications automatically turn on if user doesn't visit forum in two weeks.

Shit, here I am trying to move up to C++ and 3D, and there are engines that can just make games for me. No thanks. It'd all feel kind of pointless.

Okay, I actually paid money for Genesis a long, long time ago; like at the beginning of the last decade before I was ever serious about making games. It's probably abandonware now. It was part of the Game Creator package which I am glad I bought (I still have it). Genesis just makes terrain. You need other programs to go with it, and you need to know code to put it all together. You're going find that's true with almost all of these. (I have MakeHuman, too. That's freeware and it's a lot of fun to play with). Good thing Game Creator came with Visual Basic.
