Also if CAVE is telling the truth that raises the question of: were there two protectors the whole game or two protectors still alive. Does anyone know if the context of the original CAVE quote points either way?

my role pm mentions the existence of two of them. one protector is dead, and the other is not the tenkai's lover.

Cave also told us that he is the Tenkai star.
Then again, Wes has information that there are only two protectors, too. What I can't get over is why these two would have that information. I personally believe I am telling the truth, so I will post on that belief.
If it is true that the game has only two protectors, then I'm the only one left, so what would that make Cave, who really knows the real name of the Tenkai star, and wes, who claims to know the real name of the Tenkai star?

Depending on cave's role, he might not no about some random stalker who could end up protecting the tenkai.
But I'm not a random stalker. I have my role copy and pasted on MSpaint. It specifically identifies me as Protector.

If CAVE is a protector as well that makes one confirmed protector (Rabbitz) and three possible protectors. That's way overkill. Three protectors is already overkill. I think its likely CAVE is something else. That or one of our possible protectors is lying.
I think wes is lying, but I'll give him or her or raspberry the benefit of the doubt because I know Libby likes to throw in twists. That's part of what makes her RPG Maker games so awesome.

No, Ebeth, Cave is not a protector. It's revealed in the posting. It takes a little deduction, but it's there. He's a spy. I believe that there are only two protectors, and there is only one left alive, wes or myself. One of us is the protector, the other is the assassin.

It should be fine having so many protectors as long as they don't all protect the tenkai, after all remember this isn't a normal game the assassin only has to kill the tenkai, and the town only has to lynch the assassin so three/four protectors seem plausible, still two people watching over the tenkai is a bit much... all the same I just talked myself out of my lynch vote
