I don't think you "won" anything. Due to an imbalance in the amount of participants, you and a few others (including myself) have been placed in a "stasis" bracket to challenge the winners of the first round. The tourney normalizes from there.

Concept - a boxing robot with 4 arms. 2 arms have rocket punch. they can be used as normal arms, so he'l start out with 4 arm flurries of punches, but when he uses his rocket punch, it reveals a new weapon underneat. 2 arms are always available for boxing and dont have any special properties.
buzzsaw arm would be under one of the rocket punches. and maybe shotgun under the other one. so when he uses rocket punch, out comes the saw/shotgun.

i'm thinking whetanium arm shield for 2 main arms

Yes, please :P As for stats, I was thinking high attack power and speed, medium hp and energy, and low defence.

I assumed that rocket punches were a one time shot weapon?? If that's not the case...then my robot should have 6 arms. He should look like a boxer kinda. Have his body seem to have robotic abs and muscles, while wearing a set of trunks and boots. Kinda like the bottom half of mega man with more emphasis on the size of the trucks.

Not sure how much points would be left after giving him stats on par with the average of everyone else, but see if you can't find a weapon to attach to his head. Maybe that nano string to used for like...a quick barrier, or to shoot in the face of the opponent to blind them. I'm not sure how that nano string stuff could be used.

So about my bot, I dunno man, he fights like a boxer. He wants to get upclose so he can unleash his short range stuff and uses his long range stuff to occupy his opponent as he approaches. He uses his nano-silly-string to create a sort of destructible shield to block some projectiles. I dunno how much of that stuff he has to use. He aims for vital points like gears and hinges to try and disable stuff.

A short-range explosive fighter, the Squaturian wants to close ranks quickly and unless a barrage of devastating attacks quickly and decisively to defeat his foes.  Powerful, moderately heavy armored, and agile, the Squaturian is fearsome in a tight battle.  Low energy is offset by two chest-mounted energy stealers, and utmost protection afforded by a state of the art Anti Theft Device.  A tracking sensor, energy shield, and high agility aids in avoiding the enemy's long range attacks while rocket boots propel the fighter into close range.  Two rocket-fists pummel opponents, two forearm/elbow mounted Whetanium Shields provide extra durability with elbow strikes, two knee-mounted Shock Kicks deliver shocking knee blows, and a third back-of-the-shoulder mounted Buzz Saw Arm provides cutting moves!  A Water Cannon is mounted on the left arm, used for maximum damage to exposed electrical areas and to amplify Shock Kick and Charge Blade attacks.  Water splashback (and possible enemy environmental attack) is avoided by a coating of WeatherGuard.  As a final defense-eroding move, a crotch-mounted Rust Gel gun will eat through all but the toughest of opponents.  As a finisher, the Squaturian has a powerful Beam Cannon embedded in its chest.

Kentona's Battle Plan:
Our robots are similar overall, so it would be really helpful to know stats (because that might be the deciding factor in the end).

I would move in cautiously, crouched, arms up in defensive positions (behind whetanium arm shields), then once close (but out of arm's reach) I would use my rocketboots to close the gap and get as close as I could, inside of the boxer's reach. Versus a boxer, I am anticipating powerful fist strikes, so I want to be very close to minimize their impact, and unleash a barrage of tight elbow and knee strikes of the Bajiquan style. If at all possible I would love to arm-lock (or bearhug) the boxer with my own arms, and then latch on with my 2 Energy Stealers and also coat his legs with my Rust Gel. My third buzz saw arm will attempt to cut the boxer's face. If my pummeling wore him down enough, and if I stole enough energy, I would finish him off with a blast from my chest-mounted Beam Cannon at very close range.

If I am unable to close ranks as above, I would strafe at a medium distance, draw my Charge Sword (to have the range-advantage over the boxer's fists - I am assuming that my sword will have a greater reach), and then use my arm-mounted Water Cannon to blast, coat and disorient the boxer, and rocketboots in quickly with a Shock Kick or a Charge Sword strike, and rocketboots back out. Rinse and repat until he wears down.

Broomhilda is a young human female from District 17, at the age of 14 she and her
father started building a robot from the pieces of different bots that her father
found on the junkyard he used to work in, one year later they completed the
construction of "Zetta" 1.0, they we're planning to make him participate on
the legendary Battledome Fights, but after two months of sickness her father died,
leaving Broomhilda alone to take care of herself and Zetta.
She considered the robot as her only family left so she look after him as if he
was his own brother, with time she grew attached to it.
Five years later, after winning a bunch of Robot Street Fights she finnally
caught the attention of the company known as Blue Buffallo, they offered her the
possibility to participate on the incoming Battledome Robot Fights to honour the
name of his father and become the new champion.

During this fight my robot will focus on dodging the attacks
of the rival, specially on his Jaguar form, I'll use the rocket boots to
escape from his most deadly combos and the energy shields if he takes me offguard.
The perfect moment to strike is during his form-change, using my shock-kick to
paralyze him for a few seconds to use my deadly rust gel on him.
If he pounces at me on his jaguar form I'll use my light sabers to cut his face!
My tracking sensors will allow me to be constantly informed of the whereabouts of
my enemy on the battlefield.
I'll dodge and counterattack with my thunder katana.
If I have the chance I'll destroy his anti-theft device, shock-kick him, and
steal his energy.
I'll also try to cut his scorpion tail.

I will use a hit and run strategy using my agility and power to attack and then move away. Once the enemy has been weakened to about half of its strongest state, I will have my robot start fighting with a more direct approach by getting in close and continuously attacking. After my enemy has reached the point where it is near destruction I will have my robot Use all of it's power in a few strikes in order to finish off the opponent.

The Plan
On the isolated fifth moon of Gamma-Subplanet MI2-Sion, inside the current headquarters of the RUDE rebellion, rests a very tired individual. In his former life, the man had been known as Ronnie Backwardslegs. At one point in time, he had spent entire existence supporting the Battledome. In the Fight Fest and Ultimate Robot Battles, Ronnie had been the leading engineer. Even at the young age of 12, Ronnie had been building robots. Never before had he considered the possibility, he thought as he gazed pensively at his new hand, that he would become one. Well, half of one at any rate.
Gone were his legs, half his face, and entire left arm. The RUDE physicians and mechanics worked tirelessly to save Ronnie's life. At what cost, however? There certainly felt less of him than ever thought possible. What else did they augment?

Into this most basic holding cell, walked a woman of elegant stature. Seating herself opposite Ronnie, the woman placed a holodisc on the floor, which illuminated the dim area with vibrant teal. Inside the flickering light stood a rotating image of the Hiboti model robot.
"This, is your opponent," the woman announced.
"Ridiculous," Ronnie chided. "Major, why are you bothering? If we can target the PSI agent, this mission will be over."
"Don't under-estimate KHR. The SMILE Company has genius engineers," the woman continued, as if uninterrupted. "In fact, they are so confident in their programming, that they've hired a janitor to enter as their Controller."
"Come again?" Ronnie asked, seeming a tad more interested. "How much combat experience does he have? There must be a reason."
Instantly, the hologram turned to Jim, the Controller. A very happy, but not-too-bright looking fellow.
"Very little is known at this time. However, you must defeat him. This may strike you as surprising, but we of Revolutionary Ultimatum Delivery Emissaries have aims to end this barbaric era. What better way to overthrow the unchallenged Horc Empire, than with total subterfuge? They would like a military robot to host their wars with, and we would like to control that army."
"Let the Horc flip the bill, then turn the tables, huh? Alright. What's the problem? That Hiboti robot looks like a toy, instead of a combat robot."
"Have a look at the stats, Backwardslegs. Compared to your officially submitted designed of the Huge Mecha mk.2, you are out-matched," the Major stated simply.
After steepling his new metal claws with his regular old fingers, Ronnie sat in thought for a moment. The hologram of stats rotated with other information.
"Ah ha." Ronnie raised his new finger towards the hologram. It paused on the weapon's list. "This battle is already won."
"Explain yourself," the Major demanded coolly, waiting to be impressed.
"Alright, it's like this..."

"1. Armshields. I have 4 of them, which will guard any attack to my upper torso or tracking sensor with most ease.
"2. Failing that, I am equipped with two staves. Each useful in attacking and defense.
"3. There are two shock-kick legs, should I manage my fall-back plan. More on that later.
"4. In the front I've mounted a tower shield, to protect against vital strikes to my core. However, we already have KHR's main weapon attack covered. So for now, it acts as a lower buffer, should my own main weapons fail me.
"5. On the base of my robot comes one of my main advantages. Lower defense. Few engineers consider the mobility of air strikes, and fewer consider air defense! Should I utilize my leg-mounted Rocket Boots, I will crush Hiboti with my weight and be unscathed. On top of that, my shock-kick legs will be posed for continual strikes while the opponent is pinned beneath me.
"6. To aid this, my crab legs will be available to grapple the downed foe.
"7. Should this attack not go as planned, I am already relying on my main strategy to weaken this robot to the point that I can desolate him with a final beam cannon attack.
"8. Hiboti's main course of attack is in the charge blade. A worthy weapon in the right hands, however, the SMILE Corporation has chosen the Systema battlechip. This is a combat style that focuses on grappling, and disarming. With only one free arm, Hiboti is wide open for counter strikes. If he even attempts to utilize the combat style. The design of this robot seems focused on mobility. As you mentioned... the stats are unmatched between us.
"This brings me finally to 9. The mobility. This is the key feature of this battle. Agility is everything to Hiboti. Therefore, I will focus entirely on immobilizing this foe. There are only so many directions you can run, when cornered. So..."

Ronnie sat back slightly, folding his arms. The cold metal against his chest was a bit uncomfortable, but he bore through this so he could look cool. Or attempt to.
"Utilizing my four mini-bots, I will keep them elevated out of the reach of Hiboti's charge blade, all the while firing their Gatling Guns at him. This will create a box of danger. If Jim is interested in averting damage to his robot, then he will be forced into confronting Huge Mecha head on. Therein lies my power. With two Plasma Staves in my employ, I can double the attack power of the Jogo do Pau striking style. Jogo do Pau is more or less a sword-fighting style, except used with non-lethal sticks. However, in the hands of a robot, those sticks can certainly pack a greater punch. Once Hiboti is in striking distance, I can not only combat any lackluster swordsmanship that Systema fighting style has to offer, while spinning the upper torso of my robot in 360 degree motion to strike again and again. Best case scenario, I take out that single leg. Worst case, I just keep whaling on his massive robot head."
Sitting back against the wall of his cell, Ronnie placed his hands behind his head.
"In summary, Major, this battle is already won."
Impressed, the Major stood up. "Very well, all that remains is the battle itself. I'll see to it you're escorted to Patooie in the morning, Ronnie."
"Ah, one more thing..."
"Yes?"
"The name's Ronno now." With a robotic arm raised up, the cyborg smiled. "Just, Ronno."

Please pardon this shallow stratagem, I have very little time to write this...

My plan is to use the compensation Clause to my advantage, I will use all the missiles in two of my pods(They are located in my bot's shoulders.), since I would normally conserve them, but they will be replaced by the battledome since I don't have enough to last the whole tournament anymore.

Notes on Ol' Slappy:
+Ol' Slappy thrives at close range, therefore I will try to keep my distance.
+Ol' Slappy Is Almost as agile as I am, this can prove a problem to my keeping away
+The Equality of tracking sensors between us, and the fact that Slappy has TWO Stun-O-Rangs I have to avoid, meaning I can't use mine as a trump card.
-Ol' Slappy has Very Thin Arms. These can easily be destroyed by a Well timed Missile strike, leaving him immobile Thus, letting me destroy him.
-Ol' Slappy has no ranged weapons except for the Stun-O-rang, Which I can avoid.
Notes on Exo-Bot:
+A Direct Connection to the user is much more reliable than whatever those Prostitutes use.
+?Normally ?I would conserve boot fuel and just use it for high jumps, but with the compensation clause? All bets are off and we'll fight in the sky.
-I was hoping to use mostly thunder Katana Back-stabs in my strategy, But I need to resort to my ranged weapons.

runecard's Battle Plan: "Beaver Cleaver"
Stephanie (Controller): Greetings esteemed guest and welcome to the Beaver Cleaners virtual reality training arena where we train our cyborgs and robots before each Ultimate Robot Battle!

Due to the dedication of each member of our scientist teams and arena staff we at Beaver Cleaners have the opportunity to enter the URB Battle dome this year. With the information you have provided we have devised many different strategies to defeat our opponent the 'Crushanium'.

Naturally the best way to attack this opponent is to draw it into a close quarters location greatly reducing it's mobility and arsenal options. Provoking the opponent into a close quarters location would be ideal because the Crustacean Plates have done some work for us already. However the ranged arsenal does make this opponent to be troublesome. The best choice of action is to force the opponent to either using their ranged weaponry before engaging or make it near impossible for the enemy to use their weapons before hand.

Preparations are now ready. Please if you look into the arena allow me you to the Beaver Cleaner's first generation arena battle cyborg 'Genesis'.

Scenario One:
'Genesis' would being combat by launching two mini-bots targeting the left shoulder of the Crushtanium to take away the opponents ranged arsenal by using the rust gel inside the mini-bot's special compartment.
To force the opponent into a curled position 'Genesis' would then use four Shotgun AP rounds provoking him to protect his body with the Whetanium shields. Immediately after the Crushanium shields itself '' reacts by launching the remaining two mini-bots armed for the right shoulder. This in turn should prevent the Crushanium from having full range of mobility.
Taking advantage of the situation 'Genesis' cautiously closes the distance using her rocket boots per step. Dodging the Crushanium's shock-kicks she would then lock his legs by grasping the back of his joints and taking advantage of the Deathclaw's detachment defense mechanism to continue combat.
To finish the fight 'Genesis' would use the Sabres of Light to cut off the Electric Mace on top of the Crushanium and pierce the opponent's chest.

Scenario Two:
Should all four mini-bots fail their assigned task. 'Genesis' would retreat to her nearest cover using the rocket boots to dodge the Freezing Bombs by combining the Tracking Sensor. By gaining some distance and forcing the Crushanium to use some ranged arsenal. 'Genesis' then takes off the Deathclaws revealing her forearm and hands to use the Quarium Whips and NanoThread for combat. Staying hidden until the opponent decides to enter the enclosed space. Taking advantage of the enclosed space and the use of the Quarium Whips 'Genesis' would attempt to wrap up the Crushanium to reduce mobility and use of his arsenal. Immediately after 'Genesis' detaches the Quarium Whips she would charge with the Sabres of Light to cut off the Electric Mace while dodging the Shock-kicks. Should there be a situation she almost be kicked the activation of the Energy Shield should reduce the chance of being stunned. Once the Electric Mace has been removed 'Genesis' would then attack the legs to greatly reduce mobility. If the Crushanium escape at and point 'Genesis' would retreat to the Deathclaw's location to utilize their effectiveness in close combat. The hit-and-run strategy would initiate until the opponent is greatly demobilized until defeat.

Scenario Three:
If the Crushanium decides to avoid entering a close quarters location 'Genesis' would use her tracking sensor and close the distance by utilizing her shotgun and her natural speed, jumping from cover to cover while shooting the Crushanium. Provoking him to use all his ranged weaponry, one that happens there would be no choice but for his to either come into the close quarters location of continue accepting shots from 'Genesis'. Once the Crushanium enters the location 'Genesis' would utilize the Quarium whips and Nanothread as in Scenario Two, to demobilize and contain the opponent. Once the objectives are complete '' shall finish the opponent by execution with the Sabres of Light.

Scenario Four:
Should there be no cover at all. Resort to an all-out attack utilizing the Shotgun for Long to medium range while using the rocket boots as support and Sabres of Light as the primary close range weaponry to defeat the opponent. Once the rocket fuel is out use both Deathclaws on the opponent to reveal the Quarium whips and Nanothread. Should it be necessary, active the Energy Shield at any point of the fight to keep the advantage.

Crushtanium is largely built for attrition. It has the defenses and energy to last a while, and can steal energy from unprotected enemies. Against defensive enemies, Crushtanium might use the Jaws of Death and the Crab Hand to dismantle the opponent's defenses. Slow-but-strong enemies might just need to be outrun and outlasted. Faster enemies might be a bit more of a challenge, but Crushtanium has some zoning options with Rust Gel and the freeze bombs, and a clean hit with the Stun-o-rang or a shock-kick or something could be all that's necessary to catch them and turn the tide.

vcvcvc12's Battle Plan:
Advance slowly if at all towards the target. Keep at least one Crushtanium height of distance at all times where possible, preferably one and a half. Let target do the approaching.
Can probably outlast regarding energy?

IF 2 or more of target's Rustgel bots are active:
IF Flash Freeze Bombs can be detonated on command, fire one in their direction.
If they cannot or it does not work, use Electric Mace limb on them while retreating and defending crucial components with Whetanium Shields.
IF only 1, do the mace thing.

IF target is closer than 1 Crushtanium heights (or 2 and approaching straight and quickly):
Shock-kick and swing Electric Mace. IF target paralyzed, Goto "IF Target Stunned"

IF target is closer than 2 Crushtanium heights (or 3 and approaching straight and quickly):
Use Stun-o-rang. IF Stunarang misses:
Focus on not getting hit on the return, guard and Shock-kick where appropriate
ELSE Goto "IF Target Stunned"

IF Target Stunned, approach, attempt to break shotgun. When successful or gun will not break, Energy Stealer and attempt to crush limbs with Jaws of Death. If feasible, take swords.
If a sword is taken successfully, is there an out-of-bounds area to throw them at? One that wouldn't involve throwing them at the audience.
If so, throw them out of reach.
If not, try driving them into the ground and staying between target and sword to prevent attempts to retrieve it.

IF tangled in Whip or Thread:
Attempt to disentangle self, pull on it hard if a good grip can be established. Do not try to pull target closer; use quick pulls in an attempt to cause structural damage.

IF Target will not approach AND is successfully dealing damage of any significance with shotgun:
If Target is not approaching, move away, preferably out of shotgun range. When target is approaching at a decent speed, move in at maximum speed to close distance.
Also, if target is close to the edge of the arena, fire Flash Freeze Bombs on either side of target while approaching at maximum velocity.

I have to admit, we have a lot of near-even matchups in this round. It was tough to decide, especially between Alterego and JJJ7.

UM, I demand a revote!! My bots stats are not up to date. I don't see all the extra weapons I added so it appears that my bots has less options than he really does :( He has scorpion tail, so if my bot is grabbed kentona can expect a scorpion tail death blow. And I have all those mini bots who would be firing at him.

But whatever, I'm not all that invested in this thing haha My bot was a late minute rush job.

Question: what happens if one of the battles ends in a draw? At this moment, there are two battles that are voted on pretty much 50:50, and that will very probably end in an draw if the number of people who vote on it happens to be even. Is there anything in the rules on how to resolve this?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Also I spent rather a long time analyzing what would happen in the battle between runecard and vcvcvc12, they both included really good strategies. I determined that based on their strategies, the first two mini-bots would succeed and then get destroyed by the whirling arm, and the second set would get flash-frozen and destroyed before they arrived since he wouldn't fall for the same thing twice. After that it was unclear, both of them seemed to be willing to play a waiting game, but one of them had ranged weapons to play it with. Crushtanium had a rush strategy to use in such a case, but it's heavily outmatched in agility so I don't think it could actually pull that off, and its more defensive stats would probably not fare super well in a rush attack anyway.

Also, yeah, I feel bad for alterego who didn't show up to submit a strategy, but I'd feel even worse if JJJ7 lost to someone who didn't even show up to submit a strategy. But on the other hand JJJ7's strategy is not very good; slicing something that's pounced on you is impossible, relying on your ability to dodge the attacks of an enemy that matches your agility is bad planning, and cutting off its tail is pure showmanship. His plan to stun it while it's transforming and use that opening to disable it permanently is great, but... only if it transforms. Without a strategy from alterego, I'm going to assume Yaoselotl-X5 will do nothing but a direct assault, so that bit of cleverness won't apply.

Anyway, in event of a tie, which may occur, I have 5 people IRL who have no emotional tie to anyone, and the odd number will confirm a fair win somewhere.
I will only call on these 5 if we are stuck, as I don't want them to cheer for anyone or become entrenched in the mythos or anything else.
