We will be having an event based on the engine, but it won't be straight away - give people a chance to get their hands on it. Just keep an ear out in the near future about it, though. It'll be a liiiiittle different to our usual events~

Actually tbh, I just submitted my MV preorder. Maybe this will be the engine that finally rips me away from beloved old 2k3~? xD A contest would be a pretty great initiation.

Ended up preordering on steam, their conversion rate to CAD is way better than ordering in USD now that our dollar is back to its natural state (in the gutter)

Very likely when you get MV.
They won't. And if they do, it'll be illegally. There's been people already asking for the bases for the purpose of making resources for others to use, but the Word Of God is that they won't be legal to use for that purpose unless you own the engine because they don't use the RTP set-up anymore (not that it was legal with the RTP set-up anyway. The only uses allowed for having the RTP was either if you own the engine in which case you were allowed to edit at will, or if you were using them to play a game that required the RTP to be installed. That was all. Since there is no more RTP, there's no more free resources to install on your computer for the sake of playing games. Only those who own the engine are legally allowed to have the resources.)
