I was wondering how to import a movie into rmvxace and play it does it have to be a certain video format?
I'm pretty sure the help file covers this.
Yes, it has to be in .ogv format, which I think you can accomplish by going to an online file conversion site and converting your video into that format.
You might also want to make sure your video is at the same size/resolution as the window screen as well.
Once you get all of that settled and you import the thing to your project. Just use the "play movie" command on the third tab of your event command list and you can go from there.

I think there's a video in The Here and Now of Yesterday? I vaugely recall some users reporting issues with an AVI file, but, my memory's more than unreliable on this one.
It's also a TsuK3 game. I'd imagine VX Ace would support more, or different, formats.
