"ON LET'S PLAYS" - DEV EXPRESSES PLIGHT OVER HOW LP'S HAVE IMPACTED HIS GAME'S SALES

Considering the amount of none-copyright striked LP videos on youtube, I'd say it's fairly safe to assume that most devs don't care if people make videos on their game. A few people might, but it's a very small amount, even for linear games. (An example being Play Dead giving PewDiePie a copy of their game Inside before release, for him to LP.)

That in mind, this probably shouldn't be taken to the level of "what action should be taken by the community to resolve this issue?" Instead, the couple devs that have a problem with a couple youtubers should sit down and resolve the issue between themselves.

This isn't an issue of "the youtubers VS the game devs", it's just an issue of a few people that need to work it out with one another.
