See, I would do this, but I don't really feel like I have that sacred space I'd need in order to commit. I might have to just settle for swim season and a little here and there if I can manage. >.<

I've discovered that having my workout mat unrolled all day really encourages me to actually use it when I'm in idle mode throughout the day. Though I think that requires having gotten into the routine a bit already.
Now that I'm back in Toronto I'm starting up a 6 day rotation of workouts around my school week. Two days of running .5 and .25 miles and one day of bodyweight exercise- planks, leg lifts and push ups. Thursday for rest and beers as per the usual, since my week ends on a wednesday like last time.
I'm hoping to get to the point where I can double up on my running routine and make it a 1.5 mile a day thing, but right now I need to get back into the swing of it since I didn't do any running on vacation.

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Can't manage a full workout at the moment, but I wanted to brag that I'm back up to 25 lbs on my squats! :DDD
That's nothing! I'm up to 250 lbs on my pushups!
...I don't actually do pushups, I just weigh 250 lbs.
My doctor wants me to walk, but with the bloodclots, 1 KM is probably not a good idea. I've been pacing in my basement for a few minutes a day.

Bumped up the reps on some of my full workout and I came out of it like HRRRNGH! ALL MY LIMBS ARE MADE OF MEAT! >:D
I'm really seeing and feeling the muscle increase. Good stuff! Weightlifting and yoga are an awesome combo. ^______^
