[RMVX ACE] HEY THERE :) I'M THE NEW GUY

Hey,

I'm new to your forums and just want to leave a quick Hello.
So, as you might notice, English is not my first language, so excuse me for future spelling or other mistakes.

About me:

I'm a guy from Germany, started to create games in VX ACE two weeks ago. I've bought this development program years ago, but never had the time to get into it. So, I'm in my holidays from university and have a lot of time. (No, I don't, but studying is mostly nothing but doing nothing with a guilty conscience while sleeping :p)

Currently I'm working on my first project and I have some obstacles in my way. VX ACE is a great tool, but there are some ideas I just cannot realize with it. So I'm here to ask for ways to get around these limitations.

Hopefully I can learn a lot here (and from you). :)

Hmm... this is a dead place, right now? I've seen some new comments in a few topics, so I didn't think of it like this. :(

But I can't create a new topic anyway, due to the limitation for new members. Which is really sad, it feels like saying 'hello' is a mistake at this point. I will look for some exits tomorrow and see where it gets me. ^^

I hope so. Sharing my projects will be quite hard, though. It's all in german, so you wouldn't understand a single phrase, I guess. ^^

But I've made some music a few years ago, which may be good for RPG-Games. These I can share.

My project is something like a tutorial project, there is nothing fancy or groundbreaking to it. I use some scripts to make it look better, but at least... hmm... you all know what "first project" means in the end. :D

It's surely a small project, split up in Episodes. The first is finished, the second in progress. I learn a lot while working on it. Maybe enough for starting a bigger one in the near future.
