Closeauthor=pianotmIndigo is closer to a shade of blue than purple (which violet represents). Besides, the name's cooler than blue. So in this case blue = indigo.
Violetis part of the spectrum, and it's close enough to pink that I don't see why it should be a big problem.
Indigo is a very blah color, and I'd probably just use purple in its place, anyway. Except, she's got indigo and purple as colors, which is pretty silly, actually.
The absence of blue does, point in fact, bother me, and I wish you'd swap out indigo with it, since indigo and purple are pretty much redundant, anyway.

Are we allowed to do characters for each day but then not the game at the end? I'm working Artist Alley at a convention that weekend, but I really want to participate in the character side of it.
If it helps, I'd be fine with people using my characters in their games as well.
Anyway, I skimmed the thread before asking, and I don't think I saw an answer for this.

The character creation part of the event has it's own badges attached, and the game part will have a separate badge, so no worries if you decide to do one and not the other.
You know there's colors that the human eye can't see?
The rainbow could have all sorts of funky colors we don't know about.

Libby, blue is before purple. And also orange comes before yellow. I guess australia could benefit from starting to use those non-words.
The list isn't in order, it's just the colours that will be used so you guys know. It won't be in order anyway because I'm not doing them in order because I like messing shit up for you all. In fact, I just let a random list generator choose tomorrow's and it's gonna be GREEN. XP

ETA: The funniest irony here is that the rainbow in the OP depicts all the proper colors of the rainbow, including indigo. AND NO PINK
Also y'all are lucky I'm not launching into a dumb lecture on colors and the definitions thereof (HINT DIFFERENT CULTURES HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS OF COLORS IT'S REALLY NEAT OK)

I was afraid of that :/ There will be further expansion on their, um, existence once it's purple time.
ETA: Also I'm glad I decided on a whim to go Frankenstein's Monster with green because JESUS BALLS it is impossible to get a decent looking human skintone with green. Managed with the other colors (except red and blue) but green is ARGH.
