RPGVXACE ISSUE.

Previously I was using my 12tb HDD to store the games, so I launch the games from that hdd. I bought a new 10tb HDD recently and decided to move everything over to the new HDD and delete all the games from the 12tb HDD. After moving everything my RGSS3 games started to crash everytime I launch them. Sometimes they launch no problem, but I have to keep opening the game until it doesn't crash. But the problem is, even after the game is launched, my up and left key is stuck and I can't move my menu to the right or to the bottom, it keeps going towards the left and towards to top. Please help me, I tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the rtp, reinstalling my keyboard driver, unplugged my keyboard before launching the game, then plug them in after the game launched. All these are not working. I'm at a loss for what to do.

ok so i unplugged my mic, my webcam and my controller from my computer but the problem still persist. I really dont know what is causing this problem, it is annoying because I can't play any game that is made with RPGMaker.

Everything was working fine before I moved the games to my new drive, before that my mic, webcam and controller were all plugged in and it works. But even if my controller is the one that's causing the problem, I've already tried unplgging it, resetting it's configuration and going into the big screen mode to uncheck everything and still it is not working. I think I'll just not playing any RPGMaker games until they fix this problem.
