Hello and welcome to RMN! :D
Also, I know only vaguely related, you may want to watch out for the up-coming birthday event. It could be a challenge to do a tiny tiny thing, and events usually also mean there are lots of people around you can ask little things while you are working! (I was actually considering challenging myself to do an RM thing then, but that depends on how busy life is with me just having spent a good week resting lol)
https://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/24589/ is the voting (an event page is not up yet)

i didnt know there were such events held here in the forums xD but im probably too noob to try those >-<
There are! And actually, there is no too noob. Usually, even seasoned peeps don't do the most polish stuff under restrictions - it's a good place to make something that actually does not need to be good at all. (https://rpgmaker.net/events/ here's a list of past thing, one just recently ended)
That said, it does mean you have only so much time to do the small thing you want to do, so I totally understand. If so, do try to take a look though : ) It's fun to see what people come up with even if you don't participate!

Welcome to RMN! I hope you can find the help you're looking for and that you can make amazing gam mak! -_-)b
It's called makerscore and it's the equivalent of YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THE SITE, rather than a post count that says little other than enjoyment in forum games and being a busy bee.
Since there are so many ways you can contribute to the site, all kinds of contributions net you makerscore - such as resources, tutorials, reviews, games and other game-media. The score updates every day, so it won't appear immediately after you have something accepted, but it will count. See it as a badge of honor and productivity, hahah. The more MS you have, the more you can put into your personal locker to upload and save, though (the locker is in the profile drop-down menu) - that's the only non-social function.
For example, adding a review nets you 50 MS (Makerscore), an article or tutorial 30* (I checked), and for games, adding them adds a couple (as does each image with 1 MS), and receiving a star rating adds a lot more, depending on how many stars you get.
All details for that are here or here!
