I ordinarily wouldn't post since I don't know, but I am posting to recommend that you try a Google image search.

Go to Google, select image search, then you can literally either copy paste this image into the browser or you can paste the link to this specific image here on this thread. It will find matches. I can't promise it will find what you're looking for since it will look for similar images, unless it can find this exact image, and then it will flood you with every instance of this image that it can find.
One of them will likely lead to a website with info about this character.

I tried right clicking and doing an image search, it didn't help.

Bleh, maybe Bing or Duck Duck Go...I would but I'm being very conservative with my very limited internet.

For some reason, the sprite seems to give me a Kindgom Hearts feel? More than that, I've got nothing.

According to the description, this character is from the indie RPG Tyrans. The website is also in the description. Please do not use other indie developer's characters. We may turn a blind eye to appropriating the IPs possessed by major corporations, but you will find that nobody on any RPG Maker website will tolerate you stealing work from another indie developer.

The fact that the sprite appears in multiple games doesn't necessarily mean anything, though. That doesn't suddenly make the sprite some kind of public domain resource. It's that kind of thinking that plagued the early TsuK/TsuK3 games. People "borrowing" resources from content creators without credit to the original source, with a non-zero number of those original content creators leaving the community justifiably frustrated.
