Anyway, this is an unofficial "RPG Maker Series Default BGM RTP" community voting event organized by netizens, and foreigners are very welcome to participate.

In fact, I will hold this small community voting activity mainly because I think many of the default BGM of RPG Maker series are very often heard, but these BGM are quite good after listening to them for a long time, and I want to know other people's preference for these default BGM.

Community Vote Period: Now ~ September 20, 2021 (GMT + 8)
Community Vote Result: September 22, 2021 (GMT + 8)
Prize: NT$150 Steam Digital Gift Card (7 persons in total)

This contest requires a Google account and a maximum of 5 votes per item.

In addition, those who participated in the popular vote campaign will be randomly selected on September 22, 2021 (GMT + 8), when the results are announced.
7 participants will be randomly selected to receive a Steam digital gift card of NT$150 each as a prize.
These 7 winners will be contacted via email and asked for their Steam ID to facilitate the delivery of the prize.
This event is open to participants from other overseas regions, but in the event of a lucky draw, the Steam system will send the prizes to the winners.
However, in the case of a lucky draw, the Steam system will automatically convert the prizes to local currency according to your country of residence when sending the prizes.

I'm sorry, but I've just corrected and updated the information of some composers in RPG Maker 2000/2003.
But, it does not affect the data of those who have already voted, so please don't worry.
However, to apologize, I have decided to change the number of participants in the lottery from the original 5 to 7 as compensation.

*The Community Vote is an "unofficial" fan event.

Thank you very much for your participation, here are the results of the voting in each area.

Maybe a bit more information about what this is would be helpful.

I'm highly suspect of filling out random surveys to begin with. However, I'm largely assuming we'd be voting on animal.mid favorite default RPGM BGMs throughout the years/releases?

Okay, I'll try to add some information so far, thank you very much.

Hmm... At the moment, the activity is based on the RPG Maker series (2000/2003/XP/VX/VX Ace/MV/MZ), because my English is not very good, so I'm really sorry.

Update:
OK, in fact animal.mid this song I also think it sounds good.
I really like this idea. RTP music is awesome and underrated in some cases! Or just too repetitive when you hear it so many times. Also, good luck with the prize draw everyone, I won’t be entering.

Edit: Thank you for making the form, I enjoyed spending my afternoon filling it out. It was great to have another excuse to listen to RTP music, especially the relaxing tracks again. For the earlier versions, it was harder to pick just 5! I like/recognise mostly between 7-10 tracks for them. I never really listened to VX music, it’s limited track wise and very low key/slowed down. Not a bad thing, just don’t enjoy it as much as the other OSTS. The music for the newest versions is great, I just prefer the older ones overall in terms of soundfont and nostalgia.

The random drawing from a random stranger does seem suspect, not gonna lie. But because democracy is non-negotiable (and because I don't want to win the drawing the chances are slim of winning the drawing), I have cast my votes. I like that you included a YT link that contained each song, too! Suspicious and/or paranoid as I am, if this is a scam it's well-put together. Convincing, as if it was honest. ;)

Thank you very much for your participation. I hope these default BGM can also bring back some memories to everyone.

I didn't actually notice but now that you mention it, I actually like them. The BGM makes me feel familiar with the game even though it's new. It works for me because I get anxious with new games.

I forgot that this was a thing. Thank you, AI spambot. September will be a while, but I'm still excited to see the results. A lack of animal.mid would be devastating though.

Field4 tied for 3rd place on 2k? Eh, I can live with that. Lot of ties for 2k3's second place, and am surprised people like Adventurers as much as they do.
