WHAT VIDEOGAMES ARE YOU PLAYING RIGHT NOW?

wondering how the fuck people found LTTP fun, I am raging at how poorly designed some of the dungeons are.
My mate bought Red Dead Redemption but is too backed up by work he can't play it so I'm borrowing it.. Amazing game, so far I'm very impressed with it. Played some Poker, killed some sheriffs, got drunk, raided a bandit camp. Honestly can see this game being better than Grand Theft Auto IV.
Urggggh. I -have- to get that game. Once I heard that you can lasso a guy and tie him to a train track, it was instant-must-have.
I'm so waking up early tomorrow and hitting EB.

trying to play through these last few parts in Advance Wars Dual Strike, and keep playing FFTA2 after I screwed everyone up a bit. DAMN YOU SQUEENIX AND YOUR DAMNED BAZAAR AND NO STEALING OF WEAPONS!

Maybe you should try playing it in the right decade.

what exactly is wrong with them? i always felt LttP had aged rather well.
I always hated Dungeon #5, I always took the cheap route, did #6, and went back to #5. I just couldn't do that last little bit at the very end :(

man, fuck that game. i lost interest so hard after i made it over to the other continent. it was like 'dude airship! awesome!' then... the horror. i spent about a week doing pointless missions over and over (CLEAN THE AIRSHIP LOL) to try and accumulate enough random junk to get gear that didn't absolutely suck ass. then i rage quit and i haven't returned since.
that said, the not returning since could have something to do with the new pokemon games coming out.
The Last Remnant. Got the PC version without looking at anything, so I know literally nothing going into the game. So far, I've been pleased. The completely context-based combat is fun and engaging (it helps that the animations are super+).
Also, the music is really good.

3rding FFTA2 being a shitty game. Bought it when it came out, played it for a week or so, and concluded the progression of the game is shit and quit. One of the best parts of FFT is that everything was available from the get go (well, you had to unlock classes but you could do that before even going to Igros). FFTA has all that equipment shit to unlock skills and quests to unlock classes. Fuck that shit, I had a character who mastered every available skill in every available class. That shouldn't happen!
FFTA(2) suck. Who thought any of that was a good idea?
*edit*
Craze: Good call on the PC version, the 360 version, besides being for a console, sucks and the PC version is a port done right.

In FFTA, classes are unlocked by mastering a requisite number of actions from specified base classes - Mastering two Soldier skills on a unit unlocks the Paladin and Fighter classes for that unit.
Ah, my bad. It's been ages since I've played FFTA so I assumed it was more of the same. That concept is better than having another arbitrary plot limit for abilities at least.
(I remember the FFTA interface being trash as well, something like you could see what Chracter X could equip but you couldn't see the full effect of equipping the item on a single page unlike FF9, confirm/deny?)

All that changes are their outfits. Also, Ritz gets a playboy bunny girlfriend.
The game functionally treats her as a playboy bunny too. She gets all the viera classes.
on a more amusing note - I've finally got my Disc One Nuke up and running in ffta2. Since MP starts off at 0, and regains 10 every turn in order to balance out the awesome skills - I'm using a combination of Rend MP + elemental weapon + illusionist with robe that absorbs that element = every turn casting spells attacking every monster on the map with 99% accuracy for ~40 dmg.
Street figheter IV
Ryu is the masta! Never lets me down.
Duddley is a boxing Ryu haha.
Ibuki is kill
Makoto is a beast!

Trying to nab a robber with a lasso, but my horse dives in the way and I rope her instead. Nearly get killed and lose money for not taking the prisoner alive. Shoot horse out of anger and immediately feel bad afterward. Roam the west alone. Randomly whistle for my fallen comrade. Suddenly, she shows up out of nowhere as if nothing happened! I give her a big hug.
Got bored of FFVII (on Disc 3 now) so I've moved to Castlevania:SOTN temporarily. It's really good (Alucard's such a bad dude) but a tad too (I never thought I'd say this about a Castlevania game) easy.
