CloseSMT: Nocturne. I'm seeing why everyone calls this one tough, I've died a good number of times now, with my latest being Hama'd by an Angel.... just after leaving the gem shop and saying "I shouldn't need this yet" about the 'Protect against expel/death' item.

Finally beat Fenrir on Etrian Oddysey at level 17, Blaze Oil + Survivalist = Owned - Multihitting for roughly 300 damage a round. And amazingly, no-one died, which boosts the awesome up ten fold! Now to die some mor in the second stratum, woo!

Just started Persona 1 for ps1. Absolute shit in every way possible. Seems like it was translated by a 13 year old.

I'm still playing Oblivion.
Yeah I'll be busy here for a while.
New Vegas has successfully broken out of the 'Fallout=Oblivion with guns' thing they had going on for a while there. Yeah, Bethesda is still behind the engine, but it's different enough to stand out with Obsidian behind it.
Actually considering how empty and boring Oblivion can be at its worst the comparison kinda vanishes entirely.

I've actually finally gotten around to starting Assassin's Creed 2. I've not played the first one, though I have a vague idea of what it's about.
It's pretty fun, but part of me wants to rebel against the game because it feels like it's trying to educate me on real history.
