3D Dot game heroes is such an unashamed Zelda clone... not even clone so much as CARBONCOPY.
Though it makes fun of itself and has apples instead of Hearts, apple pieces instead of heart pieces. Orbs instead of triangles, and you can still attack chickens to get swarmed by chickens... lol
Yet, your sword (when you have full apples) can literally fill a dungeon map after some upgrading, which is hilarious and badass.
I reallly recommend this game to anyone who misses classic Zelda gameplay. We're talking zelda 1 style.
Been playin' Record of Agarest War... when I first played it I thought it was boring as hell, a few months later, I play it again on my PS3, and now I can't stop. X_X;;;
Been playing Resonance of Fate, and Chapter 5 is starting to get a lil' on the difficult side... I'm putting it down to STILL only having the starting three weapons, aswell as the feeling that I don't have as many Hero points as I should (I have 4.75 atm).

Couple this with the fact that I need 2 hero points for every time a character get's full scratch damage and it becomes a pain trying to fight two elephants and a gangster... urgh...

EDIT: Pre-emptive adding of Epic Mickey to this, just 2 days to go, heck yes!
i watched some videos of resonance of fate, looked pretty bad imo

i mean it seems like all the Zack Snyder bullshit could get old pretty quick

speaking of bad i think i'm going to start playing Star Ocean 4 soon, because i have it but never played it and have nothing better to do

edit:
unless i decide to finally beat ff13 instead
Resonance is a good game, helps that it has a fairly awesome battle system and is always keeping the balance of humour and seriousness.

I've just started The Last Remnant too, and I've got this funny feeling that the Fiery Idol doesn't like me:
1st try: Die on the first turn.
2nd try: Die from Inferno Insignia
3rd try: Die from a random crit, and I'd almost killed it then... damn it!
Oh man, The Last Remnant. I gave up on that game pretty quickly. Really regret that purchase.

I'm not really actively playing anything at the moment, though I should have Gran Turismo 5 tomorrow if DHL doesn't forget where I live or something else weird happens.
Resident Evil 2. It's crazy addicting.

I will be playing Gran Turismo 5 on Sunday. Come hell or high water!!!!
My friend is telling me about it as I'm working... Sounds so awesome.
i love Last Remnant in that annoying Romancing SaGa way

Resonance's battle system looks like it would be entertaining for a little while and then just get really annoying and terrible, kind of like FF13

which is my way of segueing into saying that i just gave up on FF13 when it demanded i do three different hunts just to get to the next floor of this godawful dungeon

i figure i can just watch videos of the rest of the game because at this point i'd only keep playing because it's pretty anyway

I'm always scouring for a cheap used copy of Resonance of Fate - it just looks so interesting.

But anyway, Still playing Tales of the Abyss, and after that I'm going to plow through the rest of Final Fantasy XII now that all my characters auto levelled in the Henne Mines so I can breeze through the rest of the plot.
finally got my platinum trophy on uncharted 2 (im slow i know) now working on my fallout 3 trophys
Rune Factory 3

Those accursed hurricanes ruined my golden potatoes. UNFORGIVABLE.
GT5 arrived in the mail for me today, and I got a sweet Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Stealth as a reward for ordering the game from Amazon.

I've fiddled around a bit with setting in GT Mode (I think that's what it's called), but haven't had any races or license tests yet. I played a few races in arcade mode, though. Monaco and Trial Mountain both look great in GT5, and custom tracks that you can make in the track creator aren't too bad looking. I noticed that the tracks themselves (meaning the tarmac and trackside) look pretty great while the backgrounds and such look decent. Overall, making tracks isn't too thrilling, but it's pretty fun to make a track that you think will suit your car's performance. Or you can just make tracks for testing purposes, which is fun too.

The custom soundtrack option is great. When I first played, I paused the game and tried to play music through the XMB, but it didn't work. Then I read up that you have to set the songs that you want to play via GT5's options menu. Why don't more PS3 games allow you to set custom soundtracks while actually being IN THE GAME? Kudos to GT5 for allowing it.

A lot of people were moaning about the differences between premium and standard cars before the game came out, but I can honestly say that, visually, the difference isn't as significant as the nay-sayers led everyone to believe. You can only pick apart things that suck on standard cars if you actually intentionally look for things wrong. They look fine, really.

The driving is really great though, I can't get enough of it. My SLS AMG handles beautifully and is a very cool car. I had to buy a crappy clunker in GT Mode to start me off, but I haven't used it yet. I forget what car it is, but it only cost me 12,000 credits and seems like a piece of junk. I'm not bothered by it since I have my SLS AMG.

I love Gran Turismo. When I get out from Basic I'm going to shell out for a PS3.

Forza 3 is better.. Actually, I don't know. Keep seeing shit like that when people discuss the game. Playing Final Fantasy VI right now.
