WHAT VIDEOGAMES ARE YOU PLAYING RIGHT NOW?

I just played Plumbers Don't Wear Ties! Don't play it, it's bad.
I was planning on LPing it...but Fraps doesn't like FreeDO, and I didn't realize until I had already finished it.

I've been playing a lot of XCOM: Enemy Unknown

It's a blast, a great tactical game and a excellent reboot to the amazing original series. No game has kept me on my toes quite like this. With every advance I make in reverse engineering the alien technology they are there with either a new enemy unit or some new tactic. But I've also had some great luck almost all of my original squad is still in tact and my vanguard against the aliens.

Despite my squad sniper and longest living unit has racked up almost 100 alien kills now (Thats alot.) Outfitted with a power armor equipped with a jetpack and a plasma sniper rifle he is able to lift into the air giving him amazing coverage allowing him to rain down death upon the enemy and with another bonus called squadsight he is able to take shots at enemies even half way across the map as long as the other units can see them.

Kentona my support specialist went from a simple combat medic to a psionic war machine when is was revealed he had the 'gift' after 10 days of psy testing. Although he is extremely helpful in keeping my units healed up he can also fry the mind of an alien enemy which usually results in a 100% accuracy attack that takes out smaller units. Saving his mind control ability for the more dangerous enemys. Nothing feels so great as turning the biggest enemy unit against his own team of aliens.

Dudesoft and Karsuman come in as my heavy soldiers. Dudesoft is specialized in explosives and with his trusty blaster Launcher he has become greatly adapt at softening up enemy forces before with smart missiles that dodge walls and such before I send in the rest of my squad. Karsuman specializes in suppression. He specializes in holding down enemy squads with his heavy Plasma Launcher while my other characters move into to flank.

And then there is Ark, my Assault specialist armed with power armor and a futuristic shotgun known as the Alloy Cannon he is always on the front lines, dealing with anything and everything that comes up, he has the second highest kill count next to Despite. The two of them work together extremely well with Despite picking off the enemies that Ark can't finish up himself.

Several other RMN members have fallen due to the alien invasion. New Black was the first to fall against the alien enemies, Holbert another support specialist was infected by an alien know as the crystalid and was forced to be put down after he zombified and almost killed Karsuman, Nessiah was one of my highest ranking soldiers. In an assault against what I thought was the mothership. She was mind controlled by a new enemy alien simply know as the ethereal and killed two rookie soldiers Adon and Pyrodoom before she was put down by Ark. Currently there is no soldier that can even come close to replacing her. I guess it's time I start deploying robotic units so I can avoid training up more units.

I´ve got a level 10 Torchic and haven´t even beaten the FIRST gym leader yet... Okay, not really impressive:D Probably because I just got there moments ago, but I have to admit that Pokemon is a great game.

Enjoying Emerald on my PSP as of today (yes, a pokemon game on a Sony console...BLASPHEMY, MADNESS!).

The only other Pokemon game I have ever played was Red (I think) many years back on my friend´s Gameboy. But as they say, you are never too old for Pokemon.

And yeah, you really are never too old. I've played a game from every generation since RBY yet am 20..

Yes, a hacked PSP offers so much more than just the "normal" one. Emulators being one of the notable advantages :)

More borderlands 2 than is probably healthy, also working my way through dragon age slowly, and link to the past when I'm on the loo

Uh... I've started playing Clive Barker's "Clive Barker's Jericho" by Clive Barker, it's a neat little game, there's that, Sleeping Dogs (which is pretty ace) Spec Ops: The Line (my favorite game of 2012) Cry of Fear, Afraid of Monsters (Which I am LPing at the moment) a few PS2 games, and I'm waiting patiently for the new Painkiller to come out.

I loved the book The Thief of Always. You should read it if you haven't already.

the second half of dark souls is just

such a disappointment

how so? I loved Dark Souls from start to finish. Although I hate the second half because of Tomb of The Giants and New Londo Ruins, but you know, that's the kind of hate Dark Souls is all about :P

So I didn't buy Tekken or DoA, but Tales of Graces f.. no idea where that came from. I've still yet to get the package from post but I'm a little worried about this game. It has got great reviews and all but it's been ages since I last played a jRPG, so I'm not holding my breath here..

I just finished Arkham City the other day. It was alright with all the new gadgets and freedom, but it didn't have the wow-factor Arkham Asylum had. Though that's propably cuz it wasn't new this time around.
