ANYBODY PLAYING STREET FIGHTER 4?

So, yeah...I got Street Fighter 4 yesterday and have played a good bit. I haven't unlocked all the characters yet, but I am enjoying it...well, at least as much as you can enjoy a fighting game.

One of the main things I've noticed so far is that, to me, it is extremely hard. There are, like, 7 difficulty settings: Easiest, Very Easy, Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard, and Hardest (I'm not sure if these are correct though). I set it to easy, thinking it was the easiest mode, and yet I got my ass kicked by Seth, the final fight in arcade mode, at least more than 20 times in a row; no joke. By the end of the night I was horrendously pissed, punching the wall, and yelling out obscenities.

Despite this, it's a fun game that lives up to it's predecessors. If your a hardcore Street Fighter fan, go ahead and check this out.

EDIT: I will say though, since it is a fighting game, once you've completed all the challenges and unlocked all the fighters, the game will, more than likely, lose it's appeal. Also, I not sure if this is worth $60, maybe $50, but that's it.

This game is sweeping the gaming community everywhere. Unfortunately from my usual attempts at rousing the fighting game enthusiast in everyone here, I'd be surprised if this topic breaks two pages.

Tekken, Shmekken.

Never had any desire to play that series. Street Fighter is the original fighting game (not saying the first ever, but the oldest, best series).

I actually unlocked my final character, which was Gouken for me, a little while ago. Now that I have, I'm sitting here wondering, "now what is there to do?"

I usually don't go for the extra stuff, so I may eventually beat it with all the characters to unlock all of their movies, and that's probably it...

damn...did I really just pay $60 bucks to play a game for two days... ???

You know, I don't even remember Street Fighter 3 ever coming out. I just remember Street Fighter II, Street Fighter II Alpha, Street Fighter II Omega, Street Fighter II Kappa Beta Phi, and Street Fighter II Ultra Edition Super-megafast Joy!...and it's various ports.

Street Fighter Alpha 3, Ken. I actually played this one the most; it was for PS1.
