Yeah... German is a realy fucked up language.
x Wiener = not a dick
+ Wiener = a Bavarian veal sausage
A Wiener is a small, white floating rhino that heals its allies.

And it kills McDohl. Remember that.
1. Exit Fate - over 20+ hours of quality gameplay
2. The Way - taught me not all RM games suck
3. Dhux's Scar - all non-English RM games look awesome
4. Everlong - classic FF gameplay at its best
5. A Blurred Line - do I have to say anything?
6. The Longing Ribbon - sprites can be scary
7. Demon Legacy - great storyline, epic battles
8. Legacies of Dondoran - I LOVE skill trees
9. Alter A.I.L.A. - branching paths rock
10. Iron Gaia - a great setting can overcome all other flaws

My turn. Let's see here...
1.Legion Saga 2 (First rm2k game I played with more of a serious tone to it)
2. A Blurred Line (Another really fascinating concept, but it reeks of the running man and non-completion syndrome)
3. Sunset over Imadahl (Great story, great concept, nightmare drinking games)
4. Dragon Heart (I heard this was changed into a different game, but It is still on my high list.)
5. Extrenius (A pseudo-religious space odyssey that takes place in a unusual Renaissance atmosphere, complete with compositions from Bach and Mozart.)
6. Naufragar Crimson (A very funny game, complete with a version of goodnight mary jane that refuses to leave my head. Some aspects were ruined as the sprites had certain attributes that did not change with the story. Also some of the most EVIL puzzles I've seen)
7. The blue contestant (Neat game show concept with a simple but effective gameplay effects.)
8. Generica (Generic Retro Fun! Oh how I miss the days of the 8080 ibc computers of my youth.)
EDIT: Forgot one:
9. Dark Skies (made by a little mean dude. It had the most hilarious story about an evil family of murders and a hier whose body would rapidly matureas he learned that the family affairs are murder and not ice cream factories.

I know I shouldn't like my own game but
Take Down Legacy Ep1 Remix, cause it makes me laugh
That Barkley Shut up and jam game
Oynx, shout out!
and there's a few others that REALLY stand out as "good" games too, either for humour or actual graphical/gameplay value. However I can't remember what they are.
I remember one of the ALEX games maybe ALEXIS, there was one level with an evil chicken in the sky. That level was the shit.

Anyone remember the "In The Name of the Rose" demo? That one really showed promise in terms of progression... too bad it never got finished.
The Way was always a favorite of mine, never got far into the last episode though. I guess it just kinda wore off by then.
Also I'm surprised to see how many differing opinions there are about newer rm games, 5 years ago everyone had the same faves. I guess it shows that the rm community really is evolving into something great.
On a final note, I'd also like to voice my distaste for Aveyond. Yuck.

And I swear I'll finish Dragon Fantasy one of these days. Seems that every time I start it up, a computer crash is only days away lol. It's cursed I tell you! Pretty damned good though.
post=128229Or it's devolving into a morass of mediocrity!

I remember In The Name of the Rose and its sequel, Until My Finest Hour! Those were some pretty good games! Back in my early days, I was Bloodrose's protege of sorts so I remember these games very well.
Oynx, shout out!
<3
And I LOVED In the Name of the Rose and Until My Finest Hour. Even to this day, UMFH has my favorite RPGM introduction of all time, and the music and art are both pretty kickass. I'm gutted Bloodrose never finished it.
I remember the third part was going to tie the two together, and then it got canceled. Then he was going to complete In the Name of the Rose as a standalone game... then LiquidMotionRPG disappeared from the internet forever?
A few games I remember liking:
-A Blurred Line
-Legion Saga II
-Whack A Food
-Whack A Food II (sadly never saw the light of day, Doppleganger was a genious)
-The Most Stupidest Game Ever (Played this over and over)
